KFC — Restaurant in Marble Falls

So once again... I tried .. I made an online order at 725pm. The ap gave notice the order was ready at 745pm. Got there...2 tables had folks eating. 2 cars in the drive thru.. 1 person waiting in front of me. One person came in behind me to make a direct order. Not busy. Nothing was in the pick up area. Ok. The lady in front of me & I had tenders on our order. They said they had to cook more up as they ran out. O fine. Yes I am annoyed as hell. Thank God I have patients. So the we both waited. It is tenders. It should be that long. Umm. 45mins what they said. The lady in front of me lost it. She left. I hope she gets the full refund. Now I see they are pulling tenders out for orders as another person made thier direct order. This is now 20 mins waiting. The gentleman who came in after me who directly ordered a pot pie ( this location is famous for only having 1 and it is usually burnt or under cooked) and a spicy chicken sandwich. It took them 30 mins to get his order out. I am at this time invested. It is almost an hr now. Then I ask what is the hold up as now I see the tenders bucket get refilled. Now they tell me my Krispy chicken pieces are needing to be cooked. This is another 15 mins!! There are 4 people working g this shift with no large traffic demand. I am floored. The last 10 mins a young man made his order and was about to get a refund at this point. Whatever is going on at this franchise I have no clue. It is getting worse. They seriously need to take the Long John Silvers menu down as they do not sale these products. A major fraud issue. I am just hoping now that I am home with my order. 8 pieces of Krispy mixed piece & 10 tenders are not burnt and actually done all the way through. I think it will be another 9 months before I come back. Oh FYI if you get a coupon as an apology do not take it. They do not honor them. Get a refund and file a...

To start I have worked in a kfc/tacobell before.. First off I'm going to say the food was great exactly like it always is... But the  Customer service was lacking. I ordered my food at 6:36 ... I asked for a family fish meal with double mash patatos and gravy Then I tried to order a 4 peice chicken meal I asked for all thighs.. the guy said he couldn't do all thighs he had to many chicken bucket going out... ok fine cancel the 4 peice... I get to the window the guy in the blue shirt takes my card then hands it back i ask for my receipt... about 2mins later comes back to the window and try to get me to pay for a different order I said nope I had the fish meal and I asked for my receipt again he said hang on... comes back to the window and ask me to pull around my orders not dun and he himself will bring out my receipt... I pull around and sit a nice lady walks out gives me my food and I ask for my receipt.. she walks back in and comes back with a peice of paper that's not my receipt and not what I was charged... I said I need my receipt,  she then tells me that Scott who I find out is the gm lost/ or can't reprint my receipt... I have never had this problem before and service was subpar but food was good as always... I will be calling my bank to make sure what was charged... The lady that brought me my food was really nice she said if I walked in the store that he would haft to find receipt but I didn't have time I got my food at 7pm I had been there long enough.. *The receipt I received was for a canceled order mine however was not canceled I...

My husband and I drove to downtown Marble Falls to get a bucket of chicken for dinner. All the location information is listed when you google it and also with this review. The day we went there were not many customers there however, we were greeted when we came in. The menu is extensive so we looked it over and then ordered a family meal to go. This location was fairly clean the day we were there. The restroom (ladies) needed attending but overall there were all the amenities you need in here. It needed to be swept mainly because someone unrolled a lot of tissue and it was all on the floor. Probably gremlins at work. There were paper hand towels and soap. So it was good here. The dining area was fairly clean the day we went. We did not dine in. The parking lot was very clean. We got our meal in a timely manner and enjoyed it later when we got home. We definitely will go there again. This location is near to big box stores and a mall. There are a lot of smaller businesses in strip malls located nearby. So you have options to eat and shop or shop then eat. Happy dining! If you google earth this location you can see all the shops nearby....
