McDonald's — Restaurant in Margaretta Township

Today is Sunday May 15th at about 7:40 I went in to get my mobile order and I stood there while two people looked at me the one I understand was busy at the drive-thru trying to get those orders out cuz the drive-thru was busy but this kid young kid come through there and looked at me and went to the back then he came back started working on hash browns that kid came up then looked at me went over started packing up stuff I'm assuming for drive-thru and I looked at him and I said is there are you getting somebody going to help me or am I just going to keep standing here I said you've looked at me twice already and I told him I had a mobile order so we looked up the number and the kid in the back that makes the food said here are the two sausage McMuffins for that order I mean usually I don't have to stand there that long before somebody comes over and it's usually I think the manager you know a lot of times I'll go through the drive-thru but if it's busy I'll go inside so that I'm not late for work but this time today it was ridiculous that I had to just keep standing there while people were looking at me and nobody bothered to come over and ask if I you know one door or something or what they just kept looking and ignoring well mainly that kid that looked at me twice...

You know, it's McDonald's. Young woman with blue hair was a highlight. She was very kind and accommodating with a difficult to use coupon from the McDonald's app. Ordered 2 large fries. Only 1 showed up in the bag, and it turned out to be cold and poorly sales despite it being the middle of a lunch rush. Not sure how you get cold fries at noon on a weekend, but we did. Thanks to covid, all the door are locked, so to fix a mistake is a royal pain. After walking around and trying all the doors, I drove up adjacent to the folks getting their food and had to shout to the food-distribution lady. I'm not 100% this is the recommended approach, but with 2 hungry kids in the car and a 3 hour trip ahead of me, couth goes out the window. Wife's fancy new chicken sandwich was on point, and she says it rivals Chick-fil-A. Bonus points for 7 day a week availability. Worst Mcdonald's I've been too. After placing order I looked at receipt and saw that my son's hamburger was not written as I ordered. Plain, add lettuce and tomato. I specifically told the girl that it was wrong on receipt and she assured me they knew and it would be correct. Of course it came out with pickles, onions and ketchup after I waited at least 15 minutes for my order. There was only two other people inside, one who ordered before me and one after. There was an Uber order that picked up and probably 3 to 4 cars in the drive through went I went in so I don't know what the hold up was. It was all younger kids working as kids do (chit-chatting, goofing around etc.) They did quickly replace the burger. I take off driving home as we all eat in the car. I ordered chicken nuggets and they were dry and hard as rock. It looked as though they had freezer burn before they were cooked.
