Chatinos Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Marion

We've eaten here in the past about 8 months ago , food was great. Tonight the food was horrible. The shaker they had for salt was not a salt shaker , it was for crushed peppers or parmessan. When I turned the shaker over salt filled my plate. I talked to the waitress she said you have to pour like this, as if I don't know how to pour salt. You expect salt to be in a salt shaker not a shaker for parmessan or crushed peppers. The food tasted under cooked and a bit rotten. The waitresses looked to be as young as 11 or 12 years old . One waitress was in her 30s maybe 40. They messed up 3 orders and didn't bring one order out. We will never go back there. Money doesn't grow on trees, over priced and definitely not worth it. They barely speak English, we figured that maybe one reason order was so messed up. Save your money and avoid this...

We went last week and had a wonderful experience. All 3 of us ordered the enchilada dinner and our total was about $35. You just can't beat that price! The waitresses were very nice and quick with refills. The owner came and spoke as well. There were two adorable kids (I'm assuming the owners or waitresses kids) watching tv and playing with the chip baskets (using them as hats). So needless to say it is very family friendly. The food was great! My husband was impressed they didn't have chunky salsa like most places nearby. I can't wait...

I just tried to call in my order and the first employee was nice but she didn't understand my question I was asking (English wasn't her first language). She passed the phone to someone else and this individual was rude and was over talking me and then drumroll please....she hung up on me because I was asking a question on the menu. Very disappointing, my order totaling up to be about $60. Their lost, please have better customer service, small...
