Let me start off by saying I have always came to This one after work and never had this bad of service . They all looked like teenagers witch was fine. I walked in after them helping someone else they walked aways and then someone came and took our order and I’m allergic to pickles and I told her plain with just Ketchup on the triple cheeseburger and a chicken basket. but when we got it I took it back up there bc it was wrong. they asked who took my order and from what they told me a girl named Skyler she had to said we never said that and I know what I said. She could have just said sorry I’ll fix it was no big deal but instead they litterally faught with me about my food saying I didn’t say that . So I wasn’t staying to eat at that point just wanted my food right. So a different girl claiming to be manger but wasn’t brought me it remade to my table. I asked for a manger they said one was not available today and I asked for a number they refused I asked for their names and a blonde long haired ponytailed girl stayed yelling at me saying Skyler nice and if she says I don’t say something then I’m lying and that I didn’t say that so then she is still yelling at me and I was so calm im pregnant and just wanted Food from you guys. I had never been treated like that she refused to tell me her name. she came to lobby acting like she was gunna do somthing to me so I left this all could have been avoided nobody should be treated like that all I hope it never happens again to anyone it was no big deal I just asked bc I’m allergic and they were mad not wanting to make it I never give bad review but they refused to let me speak to anyone or tell me when they would be in but arguing and yelling acting like wanting to fight someone in the lobby is so wrong. And mind you there was no pint in her being in lobby coming at us yelling when we already had the food I just asked for names so it can be corrected. Not...

I understand fast food isn’t the best job in the world, but how in gods green earth can making two plain burgers be so hard? My boyfriend went to this location and got 2 original cheeseburgers, nothing special about them. There was one other car, no cars behind him, he then waited 20 minutes for the burgers to be brought out. Finally he got them and they were SLATHERED in mustard. ????? Why you might ask ????? idk maybe the teenage girl working there didn’t care to think that someone doesn’t want to ingest 5 servings of mustard for one burger. He called, left his name and said he wanted two PLAIN burgers when he came back, in 30-45 ish minutes. He picks me up, we go to the DQ and we tell them it’s us, (i also order 1 large fry) they tell us to pull forward. I pay for my fry, they tell us to pull into spot 1. OK. we do. we wait 15 minutes. which is fine, whatever. But we get our food we start leaving we unwrap the burgers and again they’re slathered in mustard. You would think that if you had somebody coming back to get an order redone because of the amount of sauce that was on it before that, not only, would you make it plain like they asked, but if you were going to disregard that and make them the normal way, then you would use a LITTLE less sauce. Not the case, though, not sure about the thought process behind it all, but all we wanted was two decent (not even GOOD, just mediocre) burgers, and all we got were 4...

I took my daughter out for lunch after she spent hours in the ER with a concussion. Thinking to myself she deserves a treat. We ordered two $7 meals. She got the Chicken strip meal with a root beer (no ice) and a peanut butter Sundae. Her soda was full of ice, and after I told the worker we ordered it with no ice she explained that it was already made with ice but that they got some ice out and that there was very little in it. It was FULL of ice. I dont know why anyone would think its acceptable to knowingly try to serve an item other than what was ordered. How hard is it to dump and correct the mistake? Both of our Sundaes were mere disgraces. In all my years going to that DQ or any others I have never received such a small Sundae. Barely even filled half the bottom cup which is quite small. Any other time filled to the rim and above it. My fries were also barely full. Hoping they fix the issues with the staff doing those things because we would like continue going there.
