Pee Dee Chinese Inc — Restaurant in Marion

I placed an order for several items for pickup as I normally would when ordering from Makkoli CR. Two items I had never tried before ... the wonton and the sheer ribs. The food was good as usual... The wonton were not great but sufficed and the short ribs were spoiled. My 14 year old had tried one and spit it out and said that he didn't like it. When his dad tried a piece he spit and said, "it's no wonder the meat isn't any good." When I contacted the restaurant they asked what would I like instead. I asked for Sesame Chicken with no rice or trimmings bc I had ordered a quart of rice earlier. The gentleman informed me that the 2 items weren't equivalent in value because the ribs cost 5.99 while the sesame chicken was 6.29. I told him that this wouldn't be a problem bc I want asking for anything FREE and I would glad to pay the 30 cents difference. When we arrived at the facility the lady says "you ate it?" I said yes, 2 pieces are missing bc my son tried it and his father ate a piece ...and again she said you ate it??? My sons father then asked her well how are you suppose to know if its bad if you don't eat the food. She never responded. They charged me an additional 95 cents for the sesame chicken replacement. I didn't bother to eat it, I threw the bowl away. The customer service there leaves a lot to be desired!!! I patronize this restaurant sometimes 3 and 4 times a month and spend 30 to 50 dollars each time, but not anymore.I could have brought 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 drinks paid a lot less and would have received better service I didn't realize that times were so bad that consumers had to accept this kind of treatment. On February 21, 2021 my friend order shrimp fried rice and 2 orders of chicken wings. When I went to pick it up there was some confusion and they stated we ordered pepper steak, I explained that it should have been shrimp fried rice again. So to not make it a long and drawn out conversation I accepted the pepper steak. When I returned home we had a order of pork fried rice (I do not eat pork!). I called and they went back and forth with me on what we ordered. Why would I order something I have never eaten in my entire life? I was very pleasant and calm, but very disappointing because I have always been supportive of this business and for them to treat me this way says a lot about their business and character. They were rude and told me they would not take the order back and said it would be another $8.$$ to purchase the shrimp fried rice. I will be forwarding complaints to ALL the proper bureaus for such disrespectful services. You can’t treat people like this and the chicken was refried. We are all suffering in our workplace but it doesn’t give a business the right to make people tolerate their wrong doing! The unjust...

My husband just brought home food from this new place we order 2 spicy general tso chicken combination meals the chicken was not cook and it didn't even look like general tso it looked like orange chicken we also got a large order of broccoli and garlic sauce but it had a shit load of onions instead of broccoli super disappointing paid over 50 dollars also got a order of crab ragoon switch were really hard the only things that were good was the egg rolls we will never order from this place ever again I really want a full refund incredibly...
