McDonald's — Restaurant in Markle

Grew up in this town. Moved back almost 5yrs ago. So a normal stopping place for me.. This place does have its busy times. And sometimes under staffed. But in the mornings around 5:30 am to 6am. My food is always fresh and right. And drive thru moves pretty quick even when backed up. Mornings are always best time for this location. But if you're not a trucker lobby isn't open for you till I think 6:30am during the week.. Some mind this. I dont. Who wants to talk face to face without having their coffee first? Lunch and dinner is a hit or miss I hate to say. But definitely a shift thing. Seem the ladies that work the normal work week mornings are better with customer service and food preparation then the evening and afternoon crews. But I am sure the inconsistencies are shift turn over related. See more newer faces in evenings than mornings behind the counter. But been going here going on 5 yrs now. And even if they get it wrong. They make it right. If the evening shift could be consistent it...

Warren, Indiana McDonalds is a joke. They have you place the order at the kiosk which is great you can customize and get the food the way you want it or so you think. Nope! They make it however they feel. They give you a table tent that says they will bring you out your food. Nope! When I realized they were not bringing it I went to the counter and found my order incomplete. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while no one acknowledged me including the manager, who helped the person at the register but not the me the person who obviously had an issue that needed addressed. I finally had to say in a firm voice I understand you are busy but my order is incomplete. I was missing the drinks. So easy to fix if anyone had given me the time of day! The one light in this dark place is the maintenance man. When I spoke up he was the first to ask if he could help me in any way. I never saw him stop working. He also helped me out when me hands were full as I was cleaning off my table at the end...

McDonald's has disappointed again. I think the only thing keeping this chain open is convenience. It is apparent that MCDONALD'S must give an anti-personality test to all their employees and then assigns those with the least amount of personality and customer service skills to the front. There was absolutely no sense of customer service or friendliness about this location. The girl taking our order would not speak at a volume you could here. She never even said hi or thank you. The bathroom was filthy. Once again, a burger place needs to stop pretending to do chicken. No matter how hard you try, the lower grade ingredients McDonald's uses will never compete with chik filets quality sandwich. The sandwich was sloppily put together, far too much sauce and oozed grease. For the increased cost if of food and higher salaries if the employees, one should get a much better product...
