This used to be the best McDonald’s within 50 miles. None other could compare, but in the last few years it has gone completely downhill.

Almost every single time I come through the drive thru my order is incorrect and I have to get out of my car, go into the restaurant, and have them give me my missing items.

Never in my life has a fast food joint put OPENED sauce packets in my bag, yet this McDonald’s has done that one TWO separate occasions in the last couple months. Both times, honey leaked all over everything in my bag, making a huge mess.

Regardless of the time of day anymore the fries are always cold and stale. The final straw is just the overall messy and low quality of the preparation. Burgers are smashed, sauce splattering outside the bun, or meat completely off the side of the sandwich (see picture from my meal tonight). They also constantly forget stuff- like tonight- they forgot to give me my sauce for nuggets. Super frustrating to get home and find my bag empty.

With how expensive this place has become you’d think the overall quality would at least stay the same. But I’m sad to say it’s definitely become one of the worst McDonald’s around. Avoid if you can and wait until imlay city!

On February 20, 2024, at approximately 1:53 pm I was assault by a drive thru staff member. Never should an employee pick up product from the floor and throw it at a customer. First it's a misdemeanor assault, second it's a liability issue. To the employee who would say "it's not a big deal. I didn't hurt you", I will say, had that product hit me in the eye (with it's filth from the floor) instead of my face it could have cut my eye, caused severe damage and possibly loss of sight.
