Edited 5/2/25 The owner is allowing someone to use my phone number and my information that was stored to his rewards account. Which is a form of fraud. I haven't been there in over a year but yet I've gotten over 10+ notifications someone is using my information at this store. The ONLY people who knew my number when I lived there was the employees. So I really hope I don't get another notification, even though Steven talked over me, I hope you at least heard it.
I've been coming here almost a year now, unfortunately they've recently had to hire a lot of new people, who probably haven't had the time to train properly. In the last few weeks I've had my drink remade so many times because it's either WAY too much coffee, or it's just milk. No flavor profile at all of what is order. Read moreI had the pleasure of stopping by Crema Coffee House on my way to Charlotte for a meeting, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and while the music was a bit loud at first, they kindly adjusted it to accommodate my meeting without hesitation—a small gesture that spoke volumes about their customer service.

Instead, im left with an approximate 8oz beverage (out of the 16oz I was expecting) and a full price charge on my debit card.
I’m not asking for any refunds or trying to get anyone reprimanded, but rather to encourage consistency and quality in hopes of strengthening the foundation of what keeps local small...
