They don't offer contactless delivery- So that needs taken down. After a family member found we had a potential exposure to Covid, we tried to ensure driver and customer safety, when ordering a delivery- having the driver place pizza on the patio, waited till he had returned to his car and then got our food. It occured to us soon after, as we had paid over the phone and weren't able to sign, we had not tipped. My spouse called to see if that was something we could do over the phone, as he started to explain, the owner/manager/whomever, instead began yelling at us, that she shouldn't have taken our order if we weren't going to sign the receipt, she feigned concern over her driver's safety intially..but then said if we weren't going to sign, then we should have paid in cash...which would have certainly exposed her driver. So, please don't order from here if you are trying to be socially /medically responsible, or if you at least don't expect to be...

Here lately the quality of this place has gone down. The employees are rude and disrespectful and the food is not as good as it used to be. If they mess up your order dont try and get it fixed because in a nut shell they make it seem like its your fault that your order is wrong. We have also on 2 seperate occasions within 2 weeks ordered food and both times someone has gotten sick with severe stomach pain and vomiting, They also have a problem with changing their policies without any notice or warning to customers. We have used our card again and again at this place and used it last week just for the driver to bring us our food a week later and tell us they no longer take our card. No one even asked us on the phone what kind of card we were using or anything they just waited till they got to our door. Totally disappointed in this place lately. We used to love ordering from here and now Im scared to considering twice someone has...

I've ordered from here numerous times, but tonight was one of my worst experiences. I called to place an order and was met with the person on the other line sounding exasperated by me ordering delivery. After placing the order and receiving my total, I then asked if I could pay with my card over the phone. The person on the other end sighed loudly and sounded short with me the whole time. After giving my card information, it was saying it was declined so I tried it again. After it declined a second time, I said I would use a different card to which she grew short with me. I canceled my order and hung up in frustration. After calling my bank to find out why my card was declining, I was informed that the expiration date was being entered incorrectly BOTH TIMES. Needless to say, this is the last time I will be ordering from this establishment due to the poor...
