   Read moreOn Thursday of this week at 9:05 a.m., I went through the Drive Thru to quickly get a Senior Tea on my way to my private Therapy Practice. Well needless to say, there was nothing quick about it even though no cars in line. I sat at the window with my tea sitting inside the window for a lengthy period of time. Three of the employees inside were huddled together laughing and joking while I waited. I sat and watched their theatrics until one finally looked my way and started laughing and said “look at her face,” while the other two laughed hysterically. When one finally gave me the tea, the same lady that initially commented on my face said “she still has that face.” The female at the window said “I know, it is funny.” I replied to her that I was glad I was funny. I am sure I had a frustrated or disgusted look on my face. Never did either of the three apologize for leaving me waiting. I consider their behaviors to be disrespectful, unprofessional and bullying. I tried to call the business and left my number. I have yet to hear from the manager, which is no surprise.    Read moreWell I order my food The guy on I had a hard time even understand what I was saying I said lettuce he said tomato but it was pretty clear that I wanted a chicken sandwich with the season fries I pull around there's one car in front of me and they're doing some work outside he tells me he gives me my tea I pay for it ask me to pull over in to a parking lot and he'll bring me my food out and there was nobody else there well I weighed about 6 or 7 minutes and I get my food he said he put some bo biscuits in there for me just as extra and I said thank you he was very nice employee very respectful very kind asked if I needed anything else I thanked him and I left and I drove 40 minutes home and realize that I wasn't even giving a sandwich I was giving a two-piece chicken dinner and the only reason I drove out of my way to go to Bojangles tonight was for the season fries on top of that it's 45 minutes away and I went 10 minutes out of my way to go there so I'm extremely frustrated right now The only thing good about that visit was the kindness of the employee maybe he was being too kind to notice that the food was that wrong...
