I had been despairing at the lack of affordable, reliable, quick and healthy lunch options in the area and was extremely happy to finally find this place. It has an unassuming name and exterior that I had driven by every day without a second look. One day, I had meant to go the Subway next door, but saw the menu in the window of Aviation Deli and decided to give it a shot instead. Best decision. Nicest staff in the world. Great selection—I can come here for lunch every day and not get sick of it. Clean. Good prices. I love this deli. Great quality items and the workers are so kind and quick and efficient! My order is always correct . I can call in my order and drive there in 3 mins and its ready hot fries even mozzarella sticks hot and ready ! Love the salad portions and sandwiches 🥪😋. The sides like pasta salad potatoe salad are sooo good. I like to get the banana pudding also sometimes. Lots of drink options. Came here for lunch today. Quite busy. This is definitely a hang out for the locals. No tourists here. Ordered the Pastrami on rye. Not bad. The rye bread wasn't as rye as I normally would like it. I much prefer a strong flavoured rye bread. I guess I got spoiled living in Prague that year. The sandwich came with swiss cheese and mustard, but didn't have a pickle.
