Casablanca Cafe — Restaurant in Maryland

I use to eat at this place everyday and the food and service was great but after today I won't be coming back. I went there today and ordered 2 BLT sandwiches but after several customers came in after me and ordered their food and I'm still waiting. I decided to ask the 2 young ladies at the counter did they forget my order and one of the ladies said, we didn't but they did ask she pointed back at the cooks. I stood there for another 10 to 15 minutes listening to these 2 ladies joke about it. Let me start by saying I’ve been coming here since high school and I am currently in my 30s. This review is long overdue. I’ve always had a good experience when I come here. I feel like I’m visiting my aunts house. But yesterday I had an experience that made me feel so good inside it truly made my day. I’m gonna get her name and add it to this review but the young lady that helped me over the phone and in person was so courteous, patient, insightful, warm, spoke so gently and was quick with getting me my good. The customer service is exceptional. I this place crowded with truckers thinking must be delicious. I called explaining I am vegetarian could they accommodate my diet. She gave me options. The english Muffin was the best, but towards the end of the hash browns tasted like bacon. She said onions salt & pepper. I went back for the English Muffin explained the issue with the potatoes. I asked about some plain fries, she said yes. Those taste like bacon too. They are customer focused probably an oversight with cooking with bacon grease.
