Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I recently had the misfortune of ordering at dominos travilah, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I had heard mixed reviews about the place, but decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst pizza experience I have ever had.

First and foremost, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. A employee was smoking Marijuana infront of the store. It also took forever for the other employee to take our order, and even longer for the food to be made. We had to constantly remind the staff about our order, and when the pizzas finally was finished the pizza was wrong and unappealing and clearly rushed. It was evident that the owner & staff had no regard for quality or presentation.

Speaking of quality, the pizza itself was a complete disappointment. The crust was undercooked and doughy, lacking the desired crispness. The toppings were sparse and poorly distributed, leaving some slices with barely any toppings or flavor. The cheese was bland and tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. It was evident that little care or attention was put into the preparation of the food.

Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was far from pleasant. The tables were dirty, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The noise level was also quite high, they were playing loud explicit music making it difficult to hold a conversation. It felt like a chaotic and disorganized environment, which only added to the negative experience.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dining or ordering at Dominos travilah. The slow service, lackluster food, poor cleanliness, make it a truly terrible pizza place. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better...

Horrible experience at this store. They gave my curbside pick up order to another customer. With no apology, they shouted at me that the person who took my order got the same last name as mine, so that’s my fault? I did say very clearly what color and make my car is, he can’t even tell black and white. They asked me to wait for the person who picked my order to come back and refused to make me a new order. The store ‘manager’ shouted at us very rudely saying that he is super busy and he can’t make us a new one, it will take him 25 minutes to do so. On his way back into the store he shouted some dirty words that made me feel scared and insecure! I wish I have called a police! But when the person who took the wrong order came back he immediately popped that returned pizza into the oven claimed that’s his remake.

This is by far my most disgusting experience with any pizza store, people working here have no customer respects at all! I will never come back to any domino’s! That’s it! Wish I can make it...

So the old adage that if its too good to be true it's probably not true applies completely here.

I was quite surprised at the $8 Large pizza with 3 toppings till I actually saw the pizza. They had very little cheese, a sparse spattering of the topping on a tired looking crust. When I pointed it out to the cashier he smirked and said, Yes, I think on this one we put too much. I complained to the manager who kind of apologized, promised to give one $10 credit for my next order which never materialized.

The 'regular priced' pizzas are Okay, what you would expect at typical Dominoes. Just be wary of the deceptive deeds and at least in this store the Customer Service could...
