Firstly, I had to wait just about an hour before my pizza even left the building before it started getting delivered. Then, around maybe 9:30, it says my pizza was delivered and Ik good well the driver never even made it into the complex because I can see from my balcony. I called and this overly lame and lazy sounding employee named, you guessed it, itās Brandon, answers the phone and basically tells me to just wait it out. So Iām like cool⦠I call again at 9:40 because how long am I expected to wait for 2 medium pizzas? š¤ so, I do understand that my tone was a little off, but at the end of the day, itās been an hour and a half of me waiting for a pizza that I have yet to see. I see a car come and sit in the parking lot in a space RIGHT in front of my building, and I have a suspicion itās the delivery person, but in case it isnāt, I donāt say anything. Not once did they even step foot towards my building or the steps leading toward said building. The woman even looks up at me (because Iām watching from my balcony and you can see me from the parking lot) and sheās just standing at her car and looking back and forth, then she gets back in and drives away and this is what prompts the second call. As Iām attempting to ask him about contacting the driver and asking them to come back IF that was them, heās rudely trying to tell me to wait⦠again. So Iām over it and I hang up and Iām waiting⦠waiting⦠and then it hits 10pm. I call for the last time. He picks up and I say āI want to call yāall as much as yāall want me to call.ā So now, Iāve softened my tone because I also work in the food industry and I understand being towards the end of a shift and dealing with angry customers. I ask what number they were calling, he tells me he doesnāt know⦠š (he later on had the AUDACITY⦠to tell me that I was being ignorant š¤£) so I repeat and further explain my question basically, but my patience is thinning with him, so he gives me the number and I admit that itās not the number that I have and I ask if they can send my pizza back out. He asks for the phone number, while making what I feel was a sarcastic remark about the previous phone number being incorrect, and I give it to him and my name as well. Then thereās silence and the anger gets the better of me and I start mumbling to myself about the time it took for the pizza to even leave the facility and the driver never coming up the stairs and he replies š¤£. He says something else about the pizza driver calling, but at the other dominoes Iāve ordered from, they might call if theyāre AT THE DOOR, but I donāt have to receive actual phone calls from them, itās one thing I can usually appreciate. So I blow up, not even gonna lie to you, I reiterated my point about the delivery driver never even setting foot inside my building and he comes back with the audacity to ask why I didnāt āflag her downāā¦š¤ WHY TF WOULD I HAVE TO FLAG HER DOWN WHEN SHE COULD COME UPSTAIRS TO THE DOOR THATS ON THE DELIVERY ADDRESS? And we go back and forth a bit before he makes that audacious comment about ignorance š¤£š¤£ and I end up hanging up on him. I mightāve missed a bit, but you all can go back and listen to the recorded phone calls and all, but I will NEVER purchase from another dominoes here or anywhere else. He also notified me early on in the situation that a manger wasnāt present when I had already noticed I didnāt like his tone of voice. Mind you, the last time I called, he notified me that my order had been ācancelledā, yet I never received a cancellation text until after our heated argument on the phone. I couldāve chosen to spend my money ANYWHERE ELSE (which I did after this incident) but I chose you all and I was severely disappointed. One thing I wonāt do is argue with anyone working at a Dominoās, you probably donāt get paid enough to argue with me in the first place, yāall need to hire...

Be it getting my food HOURS later when I'm SEVEN minutes or unsatisfactory food. I've had someone correct whomevers mistake a couple of times.. as they should have considering that I am the customer. My issue with this specific location has hit a fever pitch. I ordered a pizza last night only to be called and advised that my pizza would arrive in 2-3 hours (so conveniently to the time that the store would be closed) due to them having one driver(Michael). I told the gentleman that I still want my pizza and at this point I've dealt with this situation about 4 times (with the delivery driver Danny) and everytime they told me this I didnt receive my food.. he kept repeating that they only have one driver as if I couldn't comprehend and guaranteed that I would get my food... So every other time that I had this situation where my food didn't show I called the next day and someone offered to deliver my food. This time, I called and spoke to a manager named Michael (ha) and he was completely dismissive about the fact that his delivery drivers are not getting the job done. He told me that since I've received "free" orders from them (not really free, just getting what I paid for) he would not be delivering to me anymore and offered me a refund for the delivery fee considering that I used my rewards to order. He also states that he sees that the last few orders from last night were completed. What does that mean to me? Absolutely nothing because I didn't get my food. He refused to contact the delivery driver and was totally indifferent about the issue also saying that he's had this issue with other drivers but not this one ... So I'm only left to take that as him telling me I'm lying. He also adds in that he's not going to go back and forth with me (great customer service Michael!). Once again, I've just NEVER had such an issue with a Dominos location. I had a lengthy conversation with corporate about this and they told me that the franchiser would have to reach out to me which I really hope happens. Instead of reprimanding this driver and fizing the mistake , the manager has blocked me from having delivery from this store alone. I'd love to order from another location but if it were that easy I would've have continued patronizing this one. This guy and about 80% of employees here are horrible!!! If anything, you all need new management and it should not be ok for customers to not receive...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst Dominoās. Itās unfortunate because their food is correct but everything else is not worth the hassle. I had an incident with this location before over a year ago, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. We ordered from here for a school event the other night right before a trip because kids wanted pizza for dinner and we were going to eat and leave. Our delivery arrived nearly an hour later. We waited as long as we could, but our event was time-sensitive and where we were going didnāt offer food, so kids didnāt even get to eat until after we returned at 11:30pm. Some kids left from other location with parents so they paid for nothing. Our bill was over $100, I pre-tipped $20, I called the location at least 4 times, at various times, to try and see if we could pick it up instead but there was never an answer. Absolutely ridiculous. I wrote to customer service who responded by basically saying āweāll make a copy of your story by you need to work it out with the responsible Dominoāsāā¦ā¦seriously? The whole point of the complaint is that they ARENāT responsible, they wonāt even answer the phone! So weāre probably not getting a refund with I think is fair. At the very least the kids deserve their money back cuz the whole thing was dumb. The worst thing is that the location is literally-even on maps- literally 5 minutes away. The tracker was all over the place and inaccurate. He left at 5:07pm, was right there, and pizza didnāt arrive until 6:33pm when we were already gone. No apology, driver excuse was āI had a lot of deliveries.ā Then either have the decency to call and say you are running late, or the store should have a disclaimer if they donāt have the drivers. And then the customer service response saying Dominoās basically isnāt going to do anything about it eitherā¦lesson learned. Not everyone deserves a second chance. Definitely not this location. And as much as I like their food, I am disappointed with...
