Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would…. I am here because we purchased a hot cocoa for my daughter that’s just finished playing a tournament at Cedar alone Park. Not only was the guy who took “care” of us rude but he didn’t care the cup was too hot to the touch and they had no sleeves. I am like ok, then can we have another cup for safety?. He flat out REFUSED to give me another paper cup so my kid wouldn’t get burned. I mean, my daughter is a teenager and this dude literally told her, “oh it’s not that hot, you can hold it”. I’m sorry but I held it and it was super hot and impossible to carry it out by the cup. Then he had the AUDACITY to want to charge me fifty cents for an extra cup?!?!? And laugh at us when the other dude from the other side of the store also yelled said “no fifty cent, no cup”. Are you freaking kidding me?!?! My daughter was almost in tears. Awful customer service, actually NONE at all!!! They don’t care about their customers. I feel Dunkin wouldn’t live to hear this. Worst @Dunkin...

This is the absolute best DD's I've been to! The crew is very friendly, the service is fast and excellent. The store is kept very clean, the drive-thru is handled very well, you never have a long wait, your order always is as ordered. I won't use any other DD's if I can avoid it. Other DD's stores just aren't up to the standards this store keeps. I am always amazed, as a regula, how they hear my voice and are able to tell me my order before I can. Truly a wonderful DD's, and I am so glad they're so close to my residence, just 7 to 8 minutes up the road. Keep up the great work, and thank you for the great job you do each and every day 👍! I went to Dunkin this morning and was yelled at over and over again by three employees. I had a coupon for free medium hot or iced coffee. On the back of the coupon it says that espresso drinks, milk alternatives, flavors and espresso shots may be an additional charge. I ordered an americano and was prepared to pay the $1 difference. However, the employees just key yelling no through the drive thru window and wouldn't even let me speak to explain what the back said. This went on for over a minute before I just gave up.
