Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maryland

I was treated horribly by the Indian woman behind the counter! Horrible customer service.. Back story: I am a regular customer who uses their drive through most weekday mornings. Usually, when I use my credit card to pay, I am handed it back shortly after it's swiped, along with my receipt, prior to the bags of food. Unfortunately, this morning my bags were handed back to me and I didn't realize my card was not returned to me. The usual flow was interrupted and before I even noticed anything was wrong, I took my bags of food and pulled off and I didn't realize my card was not in my possession. Hours later when I went to use my card at another merchant, I noticed it was missing. I tried calling their store but their phone was not accepting calls. I had to drive a great distance to return to their store. After returning to their inside counter I gave my name and my card was handed to me. I then asked for a small cup of coffee for my inconvenience, especially since I had to drive a great distance to return. I was told, "No we are not giving you any coffee and its your responsibility to get your card. We can't do that for everyone. And don't ever come here again!" Man I never thought I'd get angry enough with a place to leave a review but here goes. THIS PLACE SUCKS. They can never seem to get any orders right, they take forever to take orders or make them, and the customer sevice is just terrible. They will just walk away and say nothing or just answer their cell phone and ignore you. They dont communicate at all whether its not telling you that the cards aren't working before you get to the window or suddenly switching employees in the middle of having your order taken in the drive thru. Ive been going for awhile because it was the closest, THATS IT, because there's nothing else bringing people to the place. Dude just look at the reviews here, its mostly 1's for a reason. If you can help it just dont go. I'd rather go in to the Food Lion and get a Starbucks Frappuccino at this point. I'd give a 0 tbh. Anyway if you read this far thats the end...

It doesn't even deserve one star. The doughnuts are always stale. It's always empty and to top it off the management is awful. To have to drive away from the drive thru to not even buy a thing I've never done before. Me and my friend wanted to order munchkins and that's it. When we tried to order the guy sighs in the speaker. To top that off when we asked for him to repeat himself when we ordered he got nasty. Then we hear him say something about glazed. When we asked again he said to my friend we only have glazed BOY. Really loud in the mic. His tone was not polite at all. When we try to speak again he kept saying what do you want over and over again. I don't know who it was but they shouldn't work there anymore.
