Fredy's Brickwood Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I have never posted a negative rating for food. Ever. That's how bad our meals were. 6 subs. Worst Steak and Cheese. So, Freddy 3 strikes, you're OUT. We will NOT order from this place again. I ordered 6 subs for contractors and my family. Our Philly S&C sub? Was creamy white. DROWNING IN Mayonnaise and shredded soaked lettuce...Bottom line: they definitely shouldn't do sandwiches. No call from manager. $98.00 w/tip. GET THIS. They wanted me to fish them out of the trash! And return? The workers had rolled everything up with concrete and gravel and were too polite to complain at 1st until I asked. I took pictures of ours but never anticipated being asked to drive 20 minutes to get it off my credit card. Ours was the MOST disgusting thing I've ever seen. My husband took a bite and spit it out and we wouldn't even give it to the dog! (The contractors reported their subs were cold, chicken was dry and a few thought it was some kind of weird watered down mayonnaise) BUT GROSSEST? my own Steak sandwich looked like MAYONNAISE PUDDING... The french fries were warmer than the sandwich...The small piece of cheese I located under all the white slop wasn't even slightly melted, Still had fridge chill and square edges... Meat was small, dry CRUMBLES and looked suspect and everything was cold. COLD And it was suggested that I bring it back? Yeah that's not gonna happen. I got tired of asking them to just take it off my credit card bill. It's the 3rd time I've ordered. The last time we had an Italian Sub and a Hawaiian pizza and this sub was inedible. Stale bread, hard to chew...

What you read after this run on sentance was actually a post before this and I swear to God it happened again and I had to drive back after the delivery and get my money back fter even tipping 30 percent so I told them about the mess up last time having no sauce a so few topping and most of all being g so indercooked I though my 50 dollar order int eh trash well I figure this time after he told me me her would extra cook it and it would be fien that it would well guess what even more undercooked then last time and half the Chee's was on the side of the box I don't know who gave this place 5 stars but they don't like good food o guess when Domino's for one third the price is 4 stars better..... Start original post twhere ii relectenly gave then 3 stars just paid 38 bucks which includes too for two very small large pizzas. I'm very disappointed and the only reason. I gave it 3 stars is because the first 2 times I got pizza here it was great but this time the only place their was sauce was near the crust and it was very minimal and all the cheese was right In the center of both pizzas, the worst part of all was the fact one pizza had one topping which had tons of peporonies but the other that has three topping was limited like I still pay full price per toping but since I added more they give you less very unaccepblr and last and the worst of it all and I've never have had this probem anywhere before was it was do undercooked that the crus knowt was more cheewy...

Always have enjoyed Fredy’s, but the service is consistently lacking. Tonight I placed an order, and when I went to pick it up the gentleman barely asked (surely didn’t listen) to my name. He immediately said it needed 10 more minutes and closed the window on me (weird, I had ordered it 20 minutes ago, and the family in front of me was told 20 minutes - just a cheese pizza). I gave them 10 and walked back up. Another gentleman tells me it’s not ready, again closes the window. 5 minutes later, I go back and he tells me it’s ready - and proceeds to hand me someone else’s order! Had they bothered to listen - my order had been done!! They made me feel like a burden, when the communication error was theirs. Because I refuse to give my money to businesses that treat their customers as less, I doubt I will ever go back. Stinks because the pizza was actually...
