Genova's To Go — Restaurant in Maryland

My family & I have been enjoying Genova's meals for over 20 years. They have served us on very special occasions, they have been the treat we send to local law enforcement & fire fighters as a thank you. It may be a hectic day/ week, we know they will be polite, consistently delicious and timely. They send us a Christmas gift card!!! In these times, to be a cherished customer is incredible!!!! * The lovely Babette will never stear you wrong if you have questions or need a suggestion. Truly, our family looks forward to their comfort food as if it was baked by our own relatives. Some of our favorites to order are the cheese steak sub, (freshly baked bread!) Food is good. But its too expensive. Then the most valued thing to me is fries..so you'd think for the money you spend they'd give you a good amount but no they are stingy. I asked for chess fries and they gave a a container of 25 fries with a cheese dip container that took up the rest of the space. Really?! You can't put the cheese outsife of fry container to make room for more? Great job. Good to know you guys cut corners and quality to save a few bucks to an already pricey meal. Stop cutting corners like this and make more customers with a better experience of "feeling taken care of" but you won't because you don't care for the customer. This is one of the worst locations that delivers to Hampstead. The management is not the best and they do not have any training. We ordered a pizza and it was delivered raw. We called and asked for a replacement and we had to wait another hour. Dominoes or Papa John's actually cook their pizza, check it before it goes out the door, and they will treat you as a priority if they deliver a bad pie. J&P has New York style just like Genovas but they treat their customers as just that, a priority customer. Why give someone your money who doesn't see you as the customer or even care about your order?? ...
