Gianni's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I wouldn't recommend to eat hear the workers are very rude and there are no managers and when u do get a number to make a complaint to the owner well let me fill u in that the owner is the type that he had a employee high on Xanax and on laying on the floor in the Fetal position and instead of firing them he came in and scooped her up and took her to the hospital and she was working days after high again so if u make a complaint the owner does nutting about it and say the customer isn't always right even when his worker are rude and are on drugs so if u like having junkies make your food while they do pills and God only know what else in there while they make there shity food and this Is just one of many things I could tell ya about this place I've called the better business bureau and have called everyone I could to make complaints so I need to get the word out eat here at your own risk !!!!!!!!! Beware cause the workers play games with the food and they mess your order up on purpose.so I'm u making a bad review and make calls to get the word out this place need shut down period and just to make it clear out of all the workers there is only 1 clean the rest are junkies just to clear that up cause I used the word everyone and don't want that one person to get a bad name cause there boss...

I have ordered from Giannis in Bel Air almost every week for two years. And of course the pizza and wings may be good but who wants to order from a place that has no management, drug addicts and employee overdoses onsight that the owner took to the hospital and none were terminated, rude employees messing with your food on purpose , being rude, and hanging up on you, and to top it off when you find the owners number (Sonny) he does nothing about it and sides with his ignorant employees. I personally know people that work there that are amazing so I tried to deal with the small stuff but now the big stuff over powers that small stuff so I will no longer order there . I was told they mess with your food on purpose and laugh about it and when the order is wrong they will not replace it and are rude. They just lost 50$ a week from me and the same owner owns the Cumberland store too. I managed pizza places and worked at a Giannis before. I have 9 years pizza place experience total and if I was in charge of this store everyone would be fired but one person. I do not recommend ordering from...

I just bought a pizza and a snack tray for my kids Gianni's I talk to the manager they messed up to one pizza I.got had all the cheese all in the corner so I didn't say nothing about that then I just ordered a snack tray and they messed that up too so I call them back well they wouldn't even give me a free pizza just to keep your customer happy and I order from them at least twice a week so you know I got a snack tray and they messed that up toowhat just buy that one pizza or they're going to lose a customer. I hope the rest of your customers start checking their menu cuz they evidently got a new menu and a new manager and they won't even give you a pizza when they were wrong in the first place the manager wouldn't even give us her name so we can tell the owner when we talked to them who the manager was...
