Jae's Deli — Restaurant in Maryland

I have been a loyal customer of Bi Bi and have sent several of my colleagues to this establishment to buy breakfast or lunch. Today I decided to go to Bi Bi and order the shrimp platter no slaw and old bay fries. Normally I don't have any complaints if there is nothing to complain about. But when its due I will call you up on it because I am a "paying" customer. Today I received old barely warm fries drenched in grease and the shrimps weren't even hot. I talked to one of my colleagues about it and was encouraged to call the store and see if they will replace at least the fries. This is where things go down hill. I call the store and was handed over to the person who took my order which was odd I guess the person who answered the phone didn't want to deal with LATOYA. Then once the other feisty woman answers the phone she immediately has an attitude with me. I proceed to tell her what my issues were and her response to me in a escalated volume tone "LATOYA I watched your order get cooked fresh, I don't know why your food is not hot and no one else has complained about the food." Then this is the kicker, as she is completely being unprofessional to me, a loyal customer who patronizes this business on a regular basis had the nerve to tell me I don't know what you want me to do and pointed out that I have complained before as well. I am appalled and livid at this point but remaining calm because what I really want to do at this point is drive back to bibi however its not worth it over some fries but this review will suffice even If they remove this maybe someone will see it before they do......So basically it seems as if they are upset about me complaining for being sold burnt fries in the past and perhaps a dry breakfast sandwich, "are you kidding me". I proceeded to answer miss hot heads question of "i don't know what you want me to do for you" I simply replied well I'm not sure what you can do for me other than be combative with me at this moment and on that note you have a great day and I hung up the phone and will never ever patronize this establishment again. 10 bucks to go through this when a simple and polite way to have handled this was to ask if you could replace the fries for me. People we have got to do better, be kind to people it doesn't cost anything.... I will be passing this experience on to my colleagues as well. Bring...

You're in for a treat if you can actually find the place. Every time I take someone there for the first time they think I'm driving into some industrial complex to dump off their body or something. The place is always hoping - probably a by-product of being the only game in town. Food is burb deli quality - It's not going to win any awards, but if you work in one of the office's around the corner it's definitely worth checking out. Price is very reasonable, especially if you get one...
