Marias Dine Inn & Carry out — Restaurant in Maryland

I lived in Parkville for 12 years before moving to Nottingham in 2016. I still patronized Maria’s because I loved their subs. I’m not a big pizza eater. Last August ( when we were deep in the pandemic) I ordered a sub online. When I picked up my order I noticed how small the sub was. The roll was the size and width of a sub roll you use for a footlong hotdog. I could literally hold the sub in one hand. As I began to eat the sub all you could taste is bread and fixings.( a cheeseburger sub). I brushed it off and decided not to patronize Maria’s for a while. Yesterday, almost a year later I ordered a cheeseburger sub again. When I got home and began to eat my food I noticed the same thing. After eating the first half, I examined the 2nd half only to find a flimsy hamburger literally cut in half and placed at the top of the bread and surrounded by all the fixings. It’s not even a quarter pound burger. God only knows what it is! I’m done with Maria’s. You have gone from a hero to a zero! Your customers...

Placed an order for delivery this evening. We waited and waited and thought it was strange that it was taking so long for pizza and wings. We finally call and ask about our order. The person on the phone said they weren’t taking GrubHub orders today.We questioned only to have the employee HANG UP!! That right there just took a bad situation to worse. No kind of customer service, no apology not even a call to inform us that there was an issue. Received a confirmation telling us our order was being prepared only to have this establishment not only drop the ball on receiving the order but then adding unprofessional behavior to the mix. I had ordered about $30 worth of food. When the delivery driver got there my pizza looked like they had dropped it. I had called to ask if they could make it right. I had to argue for 10 minutes before they finally agreed to deliver another pizza. Before this I had been a loyal customer for about 15-20 yrs. When I had called a couple weeks later to get delivery they had said we can't deliver to you anymore. And that was the first and only time I had ever complained. I have a picture of the pizza.
