This is the convenient option for me grabbing a quick meal before/after work. Most of the staff here are perfectly capable and some of them seem very good at their jobs and in a good mood.
Today around 7:40 PM, I went to the drive-thru and the young girl taking my order first asked if I had a mobile order to which I said no. There was no response even though I could still hear background noise over the mic, but there was another car at the right ordering station that was waiting before I pulled up, so I assumed she switched to take their order first.
After about 30 seconds I can still hear background noise coming through and then, faintly, as though she were far away from the mic, I hear her yell, "HELLO?!?!" followed by more silence. Then after about another minute she came back to me with a rude tone saying, "sir are you ready to order yet or what", even though I was ready since before I pulled up, never asked for more time, and was never prompted to order before that point.
I placed my order and instead of communicating with me, she was replying with "okay...? Okay....? Okay.....?" in a sarcastic tone, for the entire order and for like 5 seconds after I told her that's all I would like. She then switched tones back to excessive customer service voice to tell me my total, then was waiting to take a look at me when I got to the payment window and made a comment to the cashier then laughed and walked away. The cashier was not acting rude, but she didn't say anything at all, even to tell me the total. The only way I can make sense of it is that she meant to be rude towards the other car that was there when I pulled up, but she got confused and treated me poorly because she thought I was them.
I don't know what that young girl experienced during her shift to get so worked up that she was taking it out on the drive-thru patrons, but everyone else I've seen working there have been nice and polite, including this visit. The lady that actually handed me my food was very nice, but I can't help but wonder what the angry employee may have done when she walked off while my order was still being prepared, hopefully she doesn't have easy access...

I made several eye contacts but no one came to the window for my food pick up. Once someone spoke to me, he seemed angry. I just told him I am there to pick up my food and he started to get it together. Once I got it, fries were cold and drink was 3/4 filled. That is when I noticed there is no drink station. I wanted to ask for my drink to be topped off but guy already seemed miserable. I initially wanted to dine in, but the dine in experience at this McDonald's is gone.    Read moreThe worst experience ever! I placed a mobile order and normally, I use the curbside pickup feature but this time I forgot to select that option and I had to enter in the restaurant. First, the employees looked like machines. Almost no interaction with clients. I waited and even after I asked for my order, the employee was completely impersonal and gave me an incomplete order. I noticed that my order was incomplete on my way home, so I had to drive back. I used the drive through and asked for the rest of my order, the employee made me wait even he saw me stop at the window.
