The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of the way I was treated over the phone. I've spent $100's of dollars with these people. I always order as I work a lot and sometimes do not have time to make a meal and get enough rest for work the next day. Well it's only been twice that they've forgotten a part of my order. The first time it was the chocolate cake and I had no problem relieving it once I made them aware of the mistake. This time it was an appetizer (jalapeño poppers) and when I called it was originally a lady. She placed me on hold and a man came on the phone. He repeatedly said he put them in my bag and I am telling him they are not in my bag and I would never lie about something so minor. I told him I order from them on a regular basis and have only had this problem once. The entire conversation which was very short he made me feel as if I was lying. For $6 worth of jalapeño poppers. It's not something worth lying over. I just wanted my food that's all. I always include a $5 tip when I order as I do my order online. Which by the way my order was set to be delivered at 10am. I didn't recieve it until about 11:20am and when I called in to see where my order was I was told they usually don't start cooking for delivery until 11am. Yet when I placed my order online their website says 9am for delivery orders. I ordered it right before 9am and it said my order would be made starting at 9am and delivered by 10am. Read moreThis establishment has serious issues with forgetting food for someones order. I had waited for hours waiting for a $5 worth of Tiramisu. They claimed that they placed it in the bag and arrived to my residence twice and had called me on the phone. Which was grossly UNTRUE! I called them many times and had back and forth with a female on the phone. But my order never arrived. I called back the next day demanding for a REFUND! The manager on the phone told me I needed to go to the store to pick up my food item and refused to give me my money back. Like are you kidding me??? Your drivers forgot my food item and now you are claiming that I am LYING?
I had spent tons and tons of money at Milano's Pizza and I have always liked the food here, but the treatment received over the phone and to be told that I am liar over the phone for $5 cake was disgusting.
I will never order from here again. It is SAD because of how limited the options in Chestertown they are. But they will never get any money...

When they first opened the food was top notch 10/10 but as time went on I began to notice the shortcuts. Delivery times are fine as opposed to what most reviews say, you can also order online which earns them some merit.
The burgers are clearly frozen packaged patties, tuna salad is from a tub, fries are soggy and unsalted at best, even the pizza (at least the dough) is clearly packaged goods. The ONE saving grace is that the serving sizes are quite large.
It honestly saddens me because as I said, for the first year they were opened, the food was fresh and at least seemed to be made and prepared in house. If the owners ever decide to bring back the love they once had for their restaurant let me know because THAT food...
