I’m posting angela weber on acct name incorrect but I order here regularly and the foods always great hot they have something to plz all my family which is not easy.todo that can get what we each like & they are very friendly they learn fast who u are ur family they ask. How even my grandbabies new are also .I have a gate around front door. Unlike most places I ask to call when arriving they always do so I can easily get out without my dogs being an issue so I say they go beyond !my fav the ziti and of course there rice pudding but my kids love the chocolate cake and the 1 there strawberry cheese cake that I tasted both & our great we order shellfish that 1 has a allergy never a issue I order more here just because of there very friendly attitude I highly suggest Churchville I never had the Edgewood one to comment on them .ok ck out there menu but I do suggest call. Directly that ordering 3rd party online has caused mistakes on the order & more of a hassle then what saved &.speaking with them knowing without giving address.is nice u can pay ahead with card just sign add tip at delivery not a tip demanded ahead amount that other places if u tip not what they like seems they take other. The store was empty upon arrival, except 1 employee prepping dough. I asked for a single slice of pepperoni pizza, and they made me a fresh slice. I went to suit at a table, but it was dirty, as was the next one. I took a seat on the opposite side. The pizza was good, no complaints about the food. The employees were sitting around talking, not working. South Park was playing on TV, not so family friendly, but again the place was empty so no big deal. I got up to throw away my trash, and I noticed the trash can was full. I sat back down to work on my phone for a bit. There were now several more employees behind the counter, none cleaning. The pizza gave me gas, so I went to the men's room which wasn't the grossest bathroom I've been in, but was far from clean. The toilet was dirty inside and out, everything had a layer of dust on it, the sink was dripping the entire time and was stained, and again the trashcan was almost full. Horrible customer service! I ordered two large pizzas which they did not get correct! In addition I explicitly asked them if they have garlic butter as the whole reason I was purchasing this pizza was for my daughter’s birthday. That was the first question I asked and I requested several sides of garlic butter as that is her favorite food pizza and garlic butter! Peter took a very long and was cold when you arrive! I literally Live 3/4 of a mile away. I called several times periodically every half hour for about an hour and a half they kept saying that they’re on their way finally I spoke to today said he’s a manager I could hardly speak English. He states he’s not going to deliver me the butter! I’m a person a principal they have my money I threw their pizza in the trash!!! I will never go to this place I cannot stand incompetence!
