RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, IllITERATE, ONLINE ORDERS!! I went to get $47 worth of food and I saw one sandwich was wrong before I left because stuff was on it that was suppose to be on he side, which I put in the note. The front two men dismissed me literally saying sorry have a nice day. I let it go and get a bag of chip for MY cold cut. That another front desk man snatched out my hand( again let it go). I go home delegate food to everyone and get read to eat my sandwich.
I am supposed to have an Italian sub with salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and extra mayo. I bite it and it’s baloney, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, provolone and mayo. I call and let the man know the problem, he tells me to come back with the sandwich to show the manager. To which I let him know I will need a partial refund if I come back because of gas and the steak and cheese was messed up, which I let them know and let it go before I left. He agrees saying ok just make sure you bring the sandwich to show the manager.
I get there and and have to explain the problem 3x to the two ppl up front whom I had to deal with the first time. The manager comes out I explain two more times the problem. Manger tells the man to write it down so he don’t mess up. While I tell the man the manager leaves. I have the guy call the manager back about the partial refund. The manger come back saying either refund or sandwich and I tell him what I told the man on the phone about the steak and cheese and gas.
Manager ask if this is true to the employee, which he answers yes but we don’t use the request section. To which I reply if you dont use it, i should not have to leave a note. Then MANAGER tells me IF I WAS SMART I WOULD KNOW THE NOTE SECTION IS TO LET THEM KNOW LITE OR EXTRA NOT ON THE SIDE. Proceeds to tell them to give me my refund for the sand, make the sandwich, and flag my number. As well as tell the other guy to show me my sandwich before he wrap it so I don’t come back, then walks to the back.
The guy on the register ask me if I want provolone and or parm. I say provolone no parm. They wrap, bag and staple it. Just for me to come home and it’s still wrong no provolone and salami. But the manager questioned my intelligence😂😂😂 YALL CANT MAKE SANDWICHES CORRECTLY.

I placed an online delivery order on Pizza Boli's app to be paid in cash. After receiving my order, I paid the delivery person the cash money. About 2 hours later, I went to my banking account and found out I was charged via credit card for the food and the delivery of my food on August 12, 2024, EVEN though I paid cash for it. I got charged double for my food. NOTE: I did NOT save my credit card information on my profile of the Pizza Boli's app. I argued with them at the Pizza Boli's of Fort Washington, MD about being charged twice for my order (me paying cash and Pizza Boli's charging my card without my authorization - FRAUD). I did get my cash money back. Pizza Boli's claimed they NEVER charged my credit card. My bank verified this charge.
All of the employees are Hispanics. They don't speak well in English and they don't understand when someone speaks English to them. All of the employees needs to take English classes to better understand their customers.
Pizza Boli's food is NOT worth buying.

We have nothing but the best feedback on all the varied pizza, sandwiches, and bowls we have tried and shared. Service is fast. Food always arrives hot, with cheese still melted.
Delivery team does a good job finding us, and (Google maps does not).
On very rare occasion, there have been issues with the app, and these have been sorted out to our satisfaction.
