Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Maryland

I was headed home around 6:00-6:15PM today. I was trying to turn left at an intersection that is always extremely busy. There is no light, only a stop sign at a three way. The intersection I am referencing is central avenue and loch haven road in Edgewater, MD 21037. The time of evening that it was, there was excessive traffic coming from both the left and right and I ended up sitting for a while, unable to safely turn left. A Pizza Bolis driver in a red 4 door sedan presumably employed by your Edgewater location pulled up behind me. He apparently decided that I was being overly cautious, and being impatient decided to pull up on my right, past my passenger side door in order to pass around me. He then too also got stuck there, because again, that pesky traffic, and also managed to force the other drivers coming up behind us to have to try and maneuver around him to turn right. There was finally a break in traffic in which we both had time to turn left. I sincerely hope the whole extra 10 seconds the driver succeeded in saving himself secured the loyalty of the next customer who was able to enjoy their order that 10 seconds sooner. Very poor judgement on the part of your driver, and I hope you seek appropiate action and coaching before your employee decides his time is more valuable than someones life the next time he considers breaking other, more serious state traffic laws (the ones in place to protect drivers) in order to stay ahead of the curve. This place needs no stars, my sister ordered through grub hub, grub hub messed up our order to where they switched it to pickup when we ordered delivery, so when grub hub called us about the mistake, we nicely asked this location to remake our order and that we would come pick it up. Mind you the order was literally almost an hour late, we didn’t know that we had to pick it up since we clicked delivery. On the way there I asked the guy could he remake The order since grub hub messed it up. We even tipped them and he said no, that we would have to pay for them to make another order, terrible Service at it’s finance, all about money. I was so upset, we didn’t even go to get it, we cancelled it and went to dominos. Extremely disappointed in this customer service, they will never get a DIME...

I have had several issues (forgotten orders,dropped pizza, etc) but never reviewed because mistakes happen but today I placed an order as soon as they opened. I was order #2. It was a foot ball day so I assumed they would be busy and planned ahead. I was told @40 min. An hour and 20 min later I call and they simply say they are busy and it’s on it’s way. And hour and 40 minutes and I am still waiting. I was neither told my order would be late or offered a solution. I am sure it will be cold and was only offers they could remake it.....kids won’t wait 4 hrs for food. I won’t be wasting my time or...
