The lady behind the counter in the kitchen was RUDE. I came in today, 8/16 at around 3 PM. I ordered a sandwich and a mac n cheese. There were a decent amount of people in the store, thus my order took a while.
When I finally went to pick up my order from the counter, I noticed that the mac n cheese was missing. There was an older, caucasian lady with a lazy eye working behind the counter on sandwiches - which, by the way was prepared extremely carelessly, food spilling out of the sandwich and a mess. I tried to flag her down to inform her of the issue, but I knew that she was trying to finish a lot of orders in the midst of a rush. However, there was a lady in front of me who was trying to retrieve her sandwich, which was finished, but sitting out of arms reach on the counter. She tried to say âexcuse me,â and say her order number, but she was ignored. Literally ignored. She said it a second time and the employee rudely said âIâll be with you.â
Finally, I got her attention. She said âWhat do you need, hunâ , with this tired, agitated tone in her voice. I told her I ordered mac n cheese, and she said âI canât hear you.â, as she stopped what she was doing completely and stared at me as if I was irritating her⌠at that point I was annoyed. I repeated myself, and she said âOk, so whatâs the problem. You didnât receive it, is that what it is?â VERY snappily. And she rolled her eyes as she went to make the mac n cheese. She left so quickly I couldnât get a chance to tell her it was chipotle, and when she came back with it I told her I ordered chipotle mac n cheese. She rolled her eyes AGAIN, and put this sloppy mess of sauce on top of my mac n cheese.
Not sure who pissed in her cereal. It wasnât even busy enough in there for her attitude towards anyone to...
Read moreI usually love this Wawa but this morning's experience was one of the worst, if not the worst experience with ANY Wawa.
So I go to this Wawa off Rt. 3 for an omelette this morning. The wait was a little longer than usual, as expected for the morning rush, not a big deal. They called my order number. I left with my food and other purchases. Get to work, and long behold, They forgot my sausages I paid for, so I had to go back for my sausages. Luckily, I work right down the street. What pissed me off the most was that they had the AUDACITY to throw some hot sausages on my old/cold omelette. No, make me a new omelette. That was so lazy and rude. Why would you ever just throw hot food on cold food?
Any who, so they make my omelette, again.. Get to work happy with my food. Go to take a bite. What the eff is this? Where is my tomato??! I know I probably should have checked the food before I left, my error. However. they had the same exact order slip in front of them. They were looking right at it when remaking my Omelette. Nonetheless, they did apologize but still messed up. Ruined my appetite.
I will just stick to Panera Bread for my breakfast. They have never failed me and always double check...
Read moreYour employees need HR training. Staff is very immature and inconsiderate of adults with mental disabilities.
I usually come here 3-5 times a week! Came in today 7/6/25 a little after 10AM. A man who clearly has some form of autism came in to get something prepared from the kitchen. He was friendly and was talking about the staff about his last job since the staff was talking about hours. He continued speaking quite a bit which is normal for people with autism. The staff were not engaging with him, which is not even where my problem lies.
He got his smoothie from the kitchen, and the kitchen staff didnât even wait until he got out the first door to start loudly CACKLING at him. He had to have heard them. The MANAGER was laughing at him! There was nothing to laugh about. The man was being polite and making conversation.
They continued laughing about it saying âDo you know him?! I donât! What the hell?â Even after I got my food and was walking out the door. The employees displayed absolutely disgusting behavior and I am in disbelief they felt comfortable doing it in front of other customers. Needless to say I will be going to...
