It was my first time coming here. My boyfriend wanted to introduce me to something he loved as a teenager. We walked in with our two month old daughter in tow, to a plethora of confused and dismissive looks.
The waitress we first got didn't listen to my boyfriend's order, and gave him the wrong burger. When we spoke about it, she said "be more specific next time, there's a big difference." We waited over 45 minutes for service, and weren't checked on again. Our check was brought without any other questions. We couldn't flag a staff member down for a to-go box even while they walked right past us. Upon trying to pay, the female bartender ignored me at first. When I did finally get her attention, she ran my payment, then proceeded to throw my debit card and the pen across the bar at me. No engagement whatsoever.
The food was good, but I'm highly disappointed that this was my experience with service. We weren't rude, didn't have a fussy child, nothing to warrant what we experienced.
There was another black man with a young child who was being extremely loud, basically announcing every move he made while in the establishment. If this is what we are supposed to do in order to make people feel more comfortable, then I absolutely will not be back. No this isn't some "woke" agenda stuff, this is about basic human decency. Which...

I was excited besides the friendly and awesome service and food the seat you see from the stadium my friend from Chardon Ohio Hilltoppers renovated the new stadium seats his company. His high school team won the state championship at the stadium. Cameo bar and Grill is an amazing awesome place to visit a lot of history and the staff is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend visiting this place and I’ll be back.

Lucille is a ball of energy came here for the second time. I told one of the managers she was headed to Walmart to get some juice. I felt like the gangsters were gonna come in here with their Tommy guns shoot down at the floor to get Lucie to start doing the meringue the salsa and any Mexican in Spanish dancing she loves her heritage and I told her how much I love the food at this place and appreciated her energy. She's a good dancer just teasing about the Tommy guns. She does not need anyone encouraging her to dance. We enjoyed our meal today in time thank you. The guy in this picture does not condone any of my wording. He is a local here. I know he's ashamed sometimes to be seen in public with me lol
What is with all these wonderful personalities of women that work in here I felt like I...
Read moreI wish I could use this space to rate how the food was, but I can't because nobody came to bring me a menu or take my order. I walked in with my group and stood there waiting for a staff member to acknowledge us. We would have just seated ourselves but all the tables were filthy, dishes with food still on them, drink cups, tip still on the table. Finally one of the waitresses asked if we were with the group that had reservations and we said no so she told us to sit anywhere and she would be right over to wipe off the table. We waited and nobody came to clean the table. A few people walked in after us that must have been regulars or at least known the staff because they were seated (at a dirty table) that was immediately cleaned off for them, waitresses chopping it up with them and got drinks served and their order taken as we continued to wait for someone to acknowledge us again. We continued to wait just to see how long it would take. After 20 or so minutes we had enough and got up and told the girls behind the bar what happened and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right she said THANKS!!!!!!! Is that how things are done here? Unless you come all the time you don't get acknowledged and the tables stay dirty until someone...
