OMG...my wife and I went at 413p for coffee while traveling around Louisiana...thru the sugar cane fields...2 coffees with two creams each ...we were told to pull up...took about five minutes...came to the car with two cups of coffee and twelve Splenda...(we don't use that)...we went back through drive thru...first window, told us to go to second window and ask for creamers...My wife asked, can you just grab us a couple...? The young lady said yes, disappeared for about thirty seconds, came back and said you must go to second window and ask...we went to the second window and They would not open the window .. seriously, four employees stood and looked at us side eyed...finally an older man came, asked what we wanted and brought us four...

Very nasty. The fries had black marks on them as well as the nuggets. You can tell the oil they use to fry in is not changed as often as it should be. I did not receive a recipe for my order nor did anyone else in the store. They forgot my freinds order and she had not receipt to prove what she ordered. The counters were dirty, they employes had bad attitudes, and caught attitudes with multiple customers. Did not give me any sauce despite me asking multiple times, they have no ketchup. I will NOT return here. I am not a fast food person, but my parents wanted to take my son to play here with my nephew, so I conceded. Well, my son found a stinking pile of poop in one of the tunnels! He is two. My nephew was a bit younger and didn't seem to care it was there and kept running around it. My son was skittish to get in the tunnel in the first place, so he announced what he found and I had to crawl up there to get him down. The poop had been there for a while and I am fairly certain it had been disturbed because there were what looked like a smudge trail going through the tunnel. Talk...
