Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mattoon

Do not eat from this little Caesars.. The man who owns it is a complete joke along with the people that work there the "manager" that i dealt with said the owner"Tim" wont do or let him do anything about it .. He sold me a pizza that was so hard and nasty it was sitting for hours in the warmer The manager said it was freshly made as youll see in the picture and video thats a complete lie .. ..When I went back and showed him the picture and videos the next day he said there's nothing he will do .. Nothing at all if I would have fed my children this pizza they would have got food poisoning no joke .. I can't believe for one second they would sell something so nasty to make kids sick.. when. I asked for the owners number or when he will l be back in this location they said they can't tell me anything theresnoone in charge here ? Besides that the employer'shad open cuts and sores on there body making food without any protection on .. something needs to be done about this gentleman that owns this location he also owns charleston and Effingham location he hires whoever will work for cheap and doesn't care about how clean his business is or the quality of the food .. I do not even back up the one star .. someone is going...

Perfect wait time, good soda, but not so great food my best friend and I got food poisoning we had a upset stomach, nothing but gas and gut problems for the rest of the night after eating their cheesey breasticks and stuffed pepperoni and cheese pizza we were fine closer to 4am but we got the pizza about ten or eleven. My poor child suffer the worse from the food he kept crying and grabbing his stomach he is only 1 he enjoyed the food until it literally hurt him he was crying, he threw up ,coughed up blood, had a fever and we had to take him to the e.r the doctor said he got really bad food poisoning gave him some medication then told us to probably not order little Cesar's anymore especially with covid because they might of left something out or not clean up properly. Thank you but no thanks their food used to be great but the past couple years they keep...

Worst experience ever. Will not be back. We have been waiting 45 min for 2 pizzas and an order of crazy bread. Saturday night and they had no hot and ready’s available. Been standing in the lobby for 5 min and no one has come out to greet us, take our order or give us an update. I take that back he just came out and said it will be a few more minutes. When asked why the delay he said, “There are only 3 employees in the entire building.” While standing here waiting, one of the employees (who moved slower than molasses) just said a see ya later I’m heading home. Meanwhile, they have a line and people in the parking lot and other customers in the lobby now. I understand things happen, short staffed times happen, but the customer service during those times needs to be even better to compensate or you lose customers...
