Papa Luigi Pizzeria — Restaurant in Maurice River Township

The atmosphere is basically an old building that's super hot inside with a couple tables and chairs off to the side in the back where it's even hotter if you want to eat in. There are a couple tables outside as well. The service, the person I ordered from didn't seem to really even want to say words. Just seemed to nod and maybe grunt I'm not sure. While I was waiting for my pizza and other people came in the employees that helped them didn't really seem to want to be there. The food, I ordered a large pizza. While it was fresh, the cheese and pepperoni was pretty decent. But this has been the third time that I've ordered from here and the crust bottom is just a gooey mess basically, non-existent when it's fresh. If you leave a piece or two to heat up later, then the bottom crust is like shoe leather. I don't know how you get such a variation but I won't be ordering from here any longer. I will never order food from here again. I thought it was a simple mistake that they messed up my food so I called there. They were on the phone so I went there later on about 9 o’clock spoke to the owner. I thought he was cool but he said I was a liar, the problem was they put American cheese on my Stromboli with maggots Cheese roll onions and the meat was not even done and then you walk around the building and you see the meat on the ground in a bucket that they’re cooking they ain’t even tried to give me a refund. He said I was a liar and I was not getting a refund. I said well I can bring you the food. I never even ate it. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. That’s how bad it was. I spent like 100...

I usually have no complaints but today my opinion of this place has changed. If I could rate zero I would. I placed an order at 2:15 for pickup. Just two pizzas. They called to tell me they were out of cheese?! And now I won't receive my food until after 4pm . No "I'm sorry" or "free soda " nothing and I have to pay for delivery and a tip when all I wanted to do was pickup my pizzas on the way home. Awful awful service thanks for nothing
