I have to say, I am really disappointed of what has happened over the years with this business. I remember going when it first opened and meeting the owner and just falling in love with this establishment but now I can’t say the same. I went twice this week and every single time I left genuinely disappointed with the experience. The first time, I asked for Tapioca pearls and the employee told me it would be a 30 minute wait, so I decided to just get the tea without them. I asked for cheese foam and they didn’t have it either. That day the tea was sort of alright, nothing like the ones I’ve become accustomed to. The second time though was very underwhelming. Before entering the store, I was already receiving glares from the people indoors. As soon as I stepped inside the establishment, the group of people that were there sighed and groaned at the sight of me since apparently they were friends of the employees present (the same employee from the first time and another one) and were ready to play some card game with them (I wish I was making this up). So one of the employees rushed to take my order and yes, rushed all the way through the process to give me the worst bubble teas I’ve tasted, all while their friends were cranking up the music and screaming instructions of the game at each other. The Tapioca pearls on the teas were clustered and tasteless, and so were the actual milk teas. I had to take them to go, but had I stayed, I definitely would have returned them. It seemed as if the employees’ company was more important than the actual customer service and I won’t...
Read moreWas really excited to go here but left feeling somewhat disappointed. I ordered a Lychee Milk Tea with Tapioca Boba in it. The milk tea itself was a 8.5/10 but the boba was not very good. A lot of the balls didn't fit through the straw because they were too big and oddly shaped. There was even a piece that was like a worm. The boba didn't have much flavor either. The biggest disappointment was finding out that the mochi isn't actually made fresh at the establishment. It's just regular frozen mochi that you get at the grocery store. So that sucked. Another big disappointment was that the actual place looked quite dingy and was not clean. The table was dirty, the floors and walls were also dirty. The outside looks like it's closed down or abandoned. I wouldn't eat sushi from here, to be honest. The girl serving me was very nice though! 10/10 to her! I don't really see myself recommending or returning to this establishment...
Read moreDelicious variety of tea based beverages and snacks. All of the drinks a very customizable to fit the client's request. You can order by phone, through the internet or just by going at the store. There are multiple payment options. The prices are very reasonable, given that this are very elaborated beverages. If you decide to go, you must order mochi, as theirs are made with real ingredients, such as mango, vainilla, matcha, chocolate, vegan chocolate, birthday cake, orange, pistachio, etc. A good heads up is that the mochi are extremly popular and therefore not all of the flavors might be available at the moment of your purchase, but they will always have mochi. A great...
