MANAGER, service & order accuracy was HORRIBLE!
Manager: Not friendly- Not professional & made my husband and I feel like WE were a problem bc we were there ordering… as if she didn’t want to help or even speak to anyone… (not just us) it was obvious she hates her job and does NOT want to be bothered with customers.
We walked away after picking up our order… feeling in shock at how she treated us…she was being sarcastic, rude, imposing, unprofessional, unfriendly, not helpful, and ARGUMENTIVE! We had a **horrible experience for the few short minutes we were in there picking up our Mobil order. This has RUINED our appetite now and we ended up just throwing our food away in the trash- bc we are so upset at the service we received specifically from the manager.
No words can express how horrible this experience was… and this is NOT the first time dealing with her (the manager) being like this either. We feel that she does NOT need to be in this industry or dealing with customers at all for that matter…
*And to Top it off… 🟥WE DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE EVERYTHING WE ORDERED… we did not get our full order and that just added to the extremely...
Read moreI ordered the street cheesy chalupa combos. After I paid they asked me to pull to the side as they had to drop my chips. After sitting there for about 10 minutes, they brought my food out. Now I know that this was a mistake on my end, but because I was in a rush to stop at the nearby Walmart and then get home, I didn't check my order. After leaving the Walmart I got almost all the way home before I realized that I never checked the order. I did so then, and found that they had given me the chalupas, and the chalupas alone. After I returned to talk about the order, someone (who I'm assuming was the manager), came up and asked me what I needed. I explained that I was missing my chips and she immediately cut me off and said "so you need chips?". I said no, that I wanted a refund (because I live 15 minutes away and by then my food was cold and my drinks melted) She then proceeded to give me a refund but had an attitude the whole time. The food is good, and usually I have no issues. But clearly this manager does not deserve...
Read morePlease be aware you do have the legal right to request proof of purchase from any place of business. Husband and I went through drive-through today, October 3rd 2021 at 2:15pm. We were denied a receipt / proof of purchase. Manager on duty, Medra claimed they couldn't give us a receipt and also had no way to email us any proof of our purchase after we had requested a copy. She also seemed annoyed that we requested one. I guess we really would have confused them if we had asked for a handwritten one. A decent manager would have offered to write one out for us. Most businesses have in place a way to give proof of purchase when out of paper or POS system happens to be down. Many people may legally need receipts for work travel and/or taxes. Fast food companies are not exempt. A family member used to manage a Hardee's and they would write out receipts to those who requested one if they were unable to print one. Just be aware you do have the legal right to request proof of purchase from any place...
