Update! The supervisor called me and she is investigating the incident. She was very kind. I will update it from a one star to a three star because of her and the man running the window last night. But other than that it was still a bad experience. Had the most horrible experience tonight after my daughter’s band concert. First off when we got to the screen to order we were not greeted, we were asked what do you want. I didn’t mind that too much because they were busy. We ordered 2 cheeseburger $5 meals with sweet and sour sauce and one large coke and one large sweet tea. Then we added on two extra large fries. We pulled around to the window and paid. The total was $14.13. We were not offered our receipt. We pulled up to get our food and the guy working the window tried to give me 4 drinks and I said that was the wrong order, we only ordered two drinks. He stopped confused and asked if it was the right food, I looked in the bag and said no. He took it back and tried to get it situated. We waited about five more minutes and they kept asking what we ordered. I was so confused and he was confused. He did amazingly. But the other worker, she was blonde, came up to the window with a receipt and tried to tell me that what was in that bag is what I ordered and I said no I did not. She had a whole lot of attitude like it was my fault this was going on. I was a manager and am now a supervisor and I would never treat a customer that way. I was so embarrassed and by the end I was upset. I just said give me my kids food that we ordered my husband and I can go without our large fries. We take the first bag and leave. I get all the way home and open the bag and it’s not even the food we ordered that she insisted was in that bag. This went on for ten to fifteen minutes. By the time I just gave up and told them to give me the food it was already cold. Very unprofessional tonight. I would have went inside but the line was backed up all the way to the road and we where ready to get home. Will not be back to this facility. Pictures below is the order we got. The burger had no condiments or anything on it and the chicken nuggets had no sauce. It was not the meal we ordered. My kids where very upset. Read moreThis is the worst I've have ever been to! The food is always wrong! I just sent my daughter to get my grandson a happy meal, two small fries and two cups of coffee. My daughter said "I forgot my creamer, I picked the cup up and it was empty! I told her and there was also no drink to go with the happy meal so I sent her back again. She calls me , they acted like she was lying! So, I then called them, she actually said " the lids were busted" no I told her they were not touched! " She then says they were drunk out of" No there was nothing to drink! My daughter worked there before and they didn't like her even called her by name when I sent her back! Look , I have no reason to scam McDonald's, We paid full price just like everyone else or they wouldn't have bothered giving us the 2 empty cups! Also, no drink with the happy meal! We live 10 minutes away and she went right back, there was no time to drink 2 hot coffee's! I could of bought new ones but don't appreciate being called a liar! I'm a good Christian person! I have to ask the owners and I am calling the corporate office, who do you have running that place? They made a mistake not filling up the cups and not giving us a drink to go with the kids meal and being treated like a criminal is not ok! The line is always backed up the food is wrong every time and the managers are absolutely rude! I have talked with so many local people who say the same thing! Read moreI understand how busy a McDonald's can get during dinner time but, there are no reasons as to why I waited over 20 minutes for my food in a drive through. When I finally got to the window I could see my food sitting there as the employees {two rude girls}, acknowledged my presence but did not give me my food. This has gone on for at least 5 minutes before one of them came to the window and told me I had to pay. I told her that I had a mobile order and had already paid. She closed the window without saying another word and rifled through the many bags of food sitting by the window. Asked her counterpart something and then came back to me confused. As I told her my order she walked away again while I was speaking. She finally gave me my food and I reminded her about my dessert I ordered, she ran over to the ice cream machine, made it, came over and gave it to me. I said thank you I hope you two have a, and then she closed the window in my face before I could even finish trying to be nice to her. I quickly checked to make sure that my food was all there and left before I got even more angry and held up the line any further for the other people. As I was heading down the road, I noticed that my food was already cold and that my large order of fries was barely even half full. After such an ordeal, I get cold food and half of what I paid for.
