Fraziers Osage Restaurant — Restaurant in McCord

The food was ok but really expensive. Over $100 for some breakfast tacos because they had to be meals.... (2 tacos and some oranges were 8.99 each) and a couple of sandwiches. But I would have to say the worst part was the wait. Not only was it over 30 for our take out order but they said we could wait at the bar and the lady there was so RUDE to not only my husband but also the other waitresses. For one, my husband asked if there was any alcohol in his drink because he watched her make it and he never saw her put any in and then she snapped at him saying I can only put the allowed amount unless you want a double. So he said yeah ok I'll take that and thought she was going to remake it but no she just put a little shot on the counter top after a few mins and then another waitress came by and Said "hey my tables about done if I can get the ticket soon" and she couldn't even finish before the bartender said "don't start with me, I'll get to you when I'm ready" and the other poor lady just said it's OK I wasn't trying to rush and she snapped at her again right in front of us and what looked like the owner, maybe manager and no one said anything... we left that area and sat in the waiting area after that. Won't...

I went to this establishment about 2 weeks ago, on April 6, 2024, I never really have the best experience at this place but my mother likes the food and everywhere else was busy, anyway I wanted to talk about this rude waitress she did not communicate with us and left us out of her list of things to do, I used to waitress and I get it but I always let my tables know I didn't forget about them or that they were my mind as customers and I would be with them but she completely ignored us never came to check on us and never refilled drinks never put our to go order in, I am big on communication as long as you let me know I am still on your mind as a customer I can be very patient and tolerant, but I believe because we weren't dressed or looked a certain way she probably thought she wasn't getting a tip because I watched her run to all her other tables to service them, I work hard and I truly believe in tipping especially being a former waitress I understand how busy things can get but I also recognize when I am being cold shouldered and ignored the food is never that great just another option in the small town...

We went Monday evening got there was told a 5-10 minute wait, it took 21 minutes. We ordered fried mushrooms for appetizers, ordered my son macaroni and cheese off the kids menu even pointed at the item on the kids menu, plus a taco salad and I ordered baked potato with bbq brisket. The appetizers came out not even 5 minutes before our meal. The macaroni and cheese was in a very small bowl and my baked potato had very little butter or cheese and the BBQ looked like it had been in a pot and not stirred in a long time most of it was hard and tough. Waitress that took our order only saw two other times, once when delivered the ticket than when I requested her because she charged me for macaroni and cheese when kids ate free of kids menu. Waitress said that's a side order of macaroni and cheese, I said I didn't order side I order it off kids menu even pointed to the macaroni and cheese on the kids menu. She said oh sorry and walked away. It will be a long time before we go back there. Sadly was our first and probably last time...
