Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in McCrory

I ordered a number 2 the triple smash burger. The lady who took the order rang it up as a number 3 cheeseburger. The car hop came out took the burger that was wrong (which was fine because its not what i ordered) and then 3-4 different employees came out lookint like who done it. It took us 20 minutes to recieve the right food but was asked to pay the balance of a dollar and some change which was not a big deal but the mindset of the employees and whatever sorry excuse of a manager there is on staff at the time of the so called service needs to be fired immediately. I don't have the issue of stopping by this location again because it was on a road trip but these people are awful. What happened to the customer is always right? They took the whole 20 minutes to try to figure out what stall I was in and where the receipt was instead of just making the food maybe if they put the time in to making sure customers were happy. Then making sure they covered their own butts maybe just maybe this place would thrive being the only restraunt next to a gas station. Also one of the ladies was walking away was waving her hands around and yelling while I myself had children in the car and whoever there possibly had...

This establishment by far is one of the worst I have seen. I recently moved from Mississippi to Arkansas and decided after hearing that they had lost most of their staff I of course applied . With 13 years restaurant experience and over 5 years managing experience my application was refused , not sure if it was because of my sexual orientation or the fact that I'm more qualified than the current general manager either way how do you refuse someone who wants to work? I could understand had I apllied for general manager but I applied for an hourly manager or cook position. The food is the main topic now .. Burgers either over cooked or still raw inside, you order mozzarella sticks and get home with no sauce. I've heard and seen them give treats to dogs but yet everytime I go up there with my service animal they never bring anything out for them. It's free of charge...come on guys. I'd blame the owner except he looks as run down as the business. With sales like they have I'm not suprised they only gross $4000 a year at this location. Will not frequent again just a poor choice for food in small...

We got there over 30 minutes before close we ordered and our food took around 20 minutes to get to us. They then turned off the lights. Problem is we didn't receive part of our order so I clicked the button they said they would bring out the missing item 10 minutes later I clicked and she immediately said we're closed and shut the speaker off I hit the button again for it to not even be answered and shut off I hit it again and finally someone answered and was just like we're closed so I quickly said I didn't receive my order I was waiting on! She had no clue what I was talking about it finally got brought out for the girl to have an awful attitude. The chicken strips were still cold. At this point I gave up and just left. I will never go to this...
