Subway — Restaurant in McLoud

0 Stars is actually appropriate for my visit on 11/23/24. So on a SATURDAY night, we were looking forward to getting food to take home after an hour’s drive. We passed other restaurants on the way to our home in McLoud, expecting this 24 HOUR location to be open at 11:30 PM on Saturday. We were not the only ones. There were two other gentlemen that approached the subway as well. The young man on duty slides over to the food bins and proceeds to shut the lids as he stated that “this subway was closed”. Closed at 11:30 PM on a Saturday, at a 24hour location? He said that they close every day for 1 hour for cleaning. I asked him when that one hour would be over. He told me that at “this rate” it would be 1:00 in the morning. I have been to this location several times late on weekend nights and never had this type of issue. I then proceeded to drive 11 miles one way to the Loves on Choctaw exit to get my Subway sandwiches from two very nice people. I then drove the 11 miles back to McLoud. I guess I will make the Choctaw exit my choice from now on. The people there said that they do their cleaning in the early morning when they don’t usually have customers. Forget the...

I visit this Subway frequently. Tonight I was disappointed in several aspects of the service. They were out of both onions and bell peppers. There were 5 employees and only 1 was helping the several customers in line. While placing my order and having the order prepared, the general attitude on the part of employees was indifferent. I will continue to support this Subway, however I would expect the deficiencies listed...

Was quick, a bit confusing on purchase due to inside truck stop, asked about beverage selection and told purchase at Subway, but filled through truck stop .limited assortment of chips for combo..two 6" subs, one was combo, 18.00??...? Manager giving me the stink eye whole time..Travelling with grandchild...just very strange experience ..Won't go to this...
