We stopped in around noon and ordered a small and a large chocolate dipped cones, we paid and the order was almost $7, we were assigned a # even when nobody else was in line before or after us. We went and stood at a tall table and one girl came over and said the chocolate was not ready for the dipped cones so we asked how long and she was going to ask because she wasn't sure. Nobody for over 5 minutes came out ( at least 6 people working that we could see) we finally went back up to counter where the manager stood to our back to us and just said she didn't know how long the chocolate would take. She walked to the back and that was the last time we seen her. They were all teenagers that were working, they just couldn't seem to get any answer from the manager. I then just asked for 2 peanut butter parfaits and we left after at least 20 minutes. If we want our kids to learn we have to teach them, dont just walk away and expect them to deal with the customer alone. Read moreFirst issue was that I used the mobile app so I could get $3 off my purchase of $15 or more. I placed my order and did not receive the $3 off. Told the 2 girls there about the issue and they said they don't have anything to do with the mobile app, so basically I was SOL. The next issue you can see in these pictures. We ordered 4 blizzards. The royal cheesecake and oreo cheesecake and 2 turtle blizzard. They were all runny and soft but the 2 turtle ones were like milkshakes made with way too much milk. So horrible my husband and I threw ours away. Basically, bad customer service and bad product. Will not be going back. I've been looking at the owners responses to the many, many bad reviews lately. They say sorry and they hope you will try them again. Just want to say, after spending $18 on what's in the pictures, I will not come back again. No one likes to waist their money on that type of product. May be a good idea to train your employees better and expect good customer service...

(Even asked if the Carmel health brownie was still on the menu before ordering) I get to the Window and the cashier takes my card and she charged $17.62. Instead of telling me, she Rings in a cash refund and rerang my card. Then my health Carmel brownie blizzard was banana split blizzard. It took a good minute plus to flag down the two gals working. I told them it was incorrect and she remade it. The second one was made a heath only blizzard. Multiple mistakes in the 20 minutes we waited in line. The seating area isn’t even open and the two front of house workers unable to make a simple blizzard order. Plus the cashier was rude about the entire experience.
I tossed the second blizzard and didn’t even try to reorder. Pitiful service...
