The place itself is great. Decorated in 50's memorabilia, pictures, 45's and classic ads, the ambiance is perfect. Add to that the music is from the period and not blasting or annoying like most establishments today and it makes a pleasant dining experience. The waitress serving us was phenomenal, bringing drink refills before being asked and clearing the table quickly to to name a few things she was on top of her game.

I wish I could rate this higher than just 3 stars but the aforementioned raised a two star to a three. The food though "not terrible" quoted from my adult daughter dining partner was just that....not terrible. It was edible and satisfied a hunger but was not worthy of planning future trips just to eat there. I would stop again if I were really hungry or wanted just ice cream but other than that, thanks I will pass.

Don't get me wrong, the ice cream and products derived therefrom were really good. However, the main fare just didn't make it. The portion size was over done on the hand cut fries, which shouldn't sound like a gripe until you get them and they are soogy from grease therefore not crisp, even before the malt vinegar is applied....dissapointing because I was looking forward to them. The price was more than fair with a $6 hamburger and a plate full of fries but I'd pay $13 or more for a better prepared burger and less but crisp fries.

All in all cute place that left some potential on the table. Glad I went and glad the price matched the quality so I didn't feel as if I didn't get my $$ worth.

ADVICE: GO FOR THE ICE CREAM...

The burger was okay, the bun was so hard you could barely bite it and the bacon was also extremely well done. Our burgers were suppose to have an over easy egg, but it was scrambled. The bone in wings tasted like they were precooked and then just warmed up for serving, warm on the outside but luke warm on the inside. My bbq chicken Stromboli was also super well done and looking a little burnt. The mash potatoes were very lumpy which normally isn't too big of an issue but my infant son just started eating solids. The place was filthy, there was old food on the pictures in our booth, in the light that hung above the table. Old food and crumbs were stashed in the side of our booth against the wall. The bathroom had a fabric cover changing station for babies that had marks all over it from being used previously and the high chair/seat they gave us for our son was so sticky, it's like it was covered in syrup. Our waitress was beyond kind and kept...

Absolutely exceptional! Not only does it have a nice little vibe to it like a 50 themed restaurant but the food is exceptional. I wish I lived closer. It's obvious that they do a very good business. We were there in a weeknight evening and had to wait about 10 minutes for a seat. It was absolutely worth the wait. Food was great. Our server was excellent. And the prices were very fair. I had the chicken parmesan and had enough left to take home. It also included a salad and a basket of garlic bread. Again, I wish I lived closer. I'd be there all the time. Next time I'm going to save room for dessert. Everything on the menu looks so good (regular and dessert menus) and it's a big menu too. I will absolutely revisit or go out of my way if I'm somewhat close to...

If you’re looking at somewhere to eat, GO HERE! We were driving past this restaurant on our way home from vacation and decided to stop for some hot subs. It was exceptional! Some details we loved: -The service was great! They have curbside pickup that was convenient and so quick. Staff members that helped us, in person and on the phone, were really friendly too. -The food (cheeseburger and Philly style sub) was amazing! Filling and full of flavor (the picture doesn’t do it justice). Creative and tasty things on the menu as well that we can’t wait to try! We would recommend this place and we’ll most definitely be back next time we’re near!

A fantastic gem of a restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is incredible, and the staff are some of the absolute best. The menu is a little overwhelming and could definitely focus more on the core 50's style items, however the variations on things such as the burgers and fry platters are the real standouts. The homemade buns are great, but moving toward a handmade burger patty or using some locally sourced meat would really elevate the flavors to an entirely new level. Still a must-visit restaurant on my next return to the area however.
