Found this cute place while attending the college nearby! Absolutely love this place, they even have a gluten free wrap option. Good portion of food and chips - absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the last time I went an older woman was working the til and was rude. The prior experiences I had with younger workers was extremely well. We were in line when I heard her ask a worker to turn the open sign off, I asked if they were still doing sandwiches when I got up to order as I was unsure what time they closed that day. She immediately seemed annoyed - sighed and rolled her eyes - but told me to go ahead with my order. I substituted a wrap and got the sauce on the side, she sighed and called her coworker over saying “this is a heavily modified one”. I know it may not seem that big of a deal, but that’s embarrassing. The two friends behind me had a few modifications as well and they were greeted with smiles and laughter. This interaction just made me feel disrespected and unwelcome which I thought was baffling coming from an older woman who I assumed to be a manager or owner of the establishment. I understand the frustration of people coming in close to closing time but the open sign was on and we stood in line for enough time that someone could’ve politely told us they were done taking orders or even when I asked her. Again, I’ve had great interactions before this and will continue to go there, but I felt this was an area in need of...

Casual Comfort and Delicious Food

We recently visited and had a great experience! The atmosphere was casual and the space was clean and well-maintained. Two employees were working during our visit, and both were friendly, quick to greet us, and checked in throughout our meal to ensure everything was going well.

The food was delicious! I ordered the Italian Stallion sandwich, my husband had the Crown Victoria, and our daughter enjoyed the grilled cheese. All three meals were flavorful and satisfying. The sides were equally good—salt and pepper kettle chips and creamy coleslaw complemented the sandwiches perfectly. There was also a nice selection of drinks, all reasonably priced.

The ice cream offerings were particularly tempting. They had several flavors, along with shakes and floats that were cleverly named. Although we didn’t try the ice cream this time, it’s on our list for next time!

The seating inside is limited with two small tables, a larger table, and counter seating. We appreciated the convenience of having a bathroom available as well.

Overall, this deli/creamery is a great spot for a casual meal with excellent service and quality food. We’ll definitely be back to try...

To be clear, I'm giving 2 stars for my excellent service I got when they started a few weeks ago. I got seriously the best pulled pork sandwich with great service, a smile. And all for 10 bucks .I was so satisfied. The second time I was literally going out of my way to re eat at Fatbelly for lunch at work. Only to find out they are now charging $2 for the drink that last week was included in my meal. Mind you this week I opted to try the Brisket sandwich which I was at first hesitant to get for it's $14 price tag, but I already drove out of my way to go here and I was confident I wouldn't regret it. They messed up my sandwich once, which I understand. I've worked in restaurants I get it. But when I finally did get my sandwich I was not impressed with a single slice of brisket, smothered in their herb sauce (ranch, wish they would have said that) no pickles no nothing. Oh and don't attempt to buy a pop next door, that is unless you spend the 5dollar minimum. I hope they can get their job together as it would be a great place to eat if the get their stuff together. Also my coworker complains about the fly's in the small area. I could care...

I have eaten sandwiches in almost every state in the Midwest and it takes a lot to impress me. When it comes to sandwiches, FATBELLY RULES them all. I ordered the Crown Victoria the first time I visited and my husband got the Italian Stallion. My sandwich was very good but the Italian was A SHOWSTOPPER! Order it with hot honey, it’s easily a 15/10!!! Second stop, I ordered the Cuban and of course, my husband got the Italian. I’m lucky that my husband loves me as much as he does because he shared a couple bites of his with me! The Cuban was amazing and very rich. I could not finish it all. We just came again and I bet you can guess what I ordered! THE ITALIAN STALLION!! The pictures don’t do it justice. I am so very happy. The staff makes you feel like family and they go above and beyond to show you how much you matter to them. I can not recommend this place enough. It’s a must-visit place. I would not be surprised if I hear that Guy Fieri is planning an episode of Triple D here. Come and check this place out for yourself but leave a spot open for me!

I travel a lot and I eat at a lot of different restaurants. I have to say that this is the best damn sandwich I have ever eaten. I ordered "The Victor," and my God, it was it was literally perfect. Nothing overpowered the other flavors, it was literally the perfect combination of flavors. I was curious how the cucumber would taste and if it would overpower the other flavors. Same for the guacamole and dressing, but nothing overpowered the other. This sandwich and the flavors meshed incredibly well. The baguette was perfectly crisp as well, not over cooked nor undercooked. The potato salad and chips were good asf too. Whomever put this menu together has incredible taste. I will be back to try more. Everything went really well together. I'm incredibly impressed. Well done, very well done. Hell yum! Thank you for the incredibly delicious meal, I appreciate it!
