Over priced bowling. Over priced food that is sub-par at best. Pizza is not good. Born and raised in Medford and the only reason they are still in business is because they have a corner on the market. Owners comment says all you need to know on how they treat their customers. This is how they respond when they bring you a pizza burnt to a crisp 😂😂😂. They are just trying to pass the blame and make me look bad. FYI I’ve only been in your “establishment” twice in the last five years and have certainly not been rude to the staff. The only rude people in the place were the employees. The last time the server brought me two burnt pizzas. I politely asked why the pizza was burnt, and instantly got yelled at, and I quote “that’s how the pizza has to be cooked!”. That’s the only time a restaurant has ever told me they intentionally serve burnt food. To which I paid, left and haven’t been back since. I wrote a review because I hope people read it and go somewhere else. If you can’t take criticism then maybe you shouldn’t be in business.

Used to really enjoy coming here to bowl with friends and family and have lunch. Food was good, service was decent.

Lately, it seems I can never find them open. Went in for lunch about month ago and ordered a salad. 20 minutes later our waitress cam back and told us they were out of lettuce.

Went back last week, the bar tender acted like we were bothering his playing on his phone. Said we were the only ones he's seen in the 4 hours he had been at work. Orderd a grilled chicken salad. He hollers in back and this young man with long hair came out, ran his hair through his hair several times. , then pulled a couple of chicken breasts out of the bag with those same hands (no washing or glovess). Then wipes his hands on his pants, runs them though his hair a few more times, puts his hand in the bag of lettuce and fills our bowls.

Our server was amazing. We really loved her and the other bartenders. However five minutes after entering a group of softball players came in and it got so busy. We couldn't play any games. And my son wanted too. We tried a few but they all seemed rigged. As soon as they grabbed a toy, when it got to the top it would bounce and drop the prize. Our food was not good. My son got mini corn dogs and they were so over cooked on some of them the breading was cooked away revealing the dog underneath. I got the patty melt. The rye bread was hard. Either it was stale or it was toasted. Or maybe it was toasted because it was stale. It wasn't good. The fries and the variety basket was amazing. Our drinks were good. However, they cleared the table to soon and threw out half of my drink. After that we...
