Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Medicine Park

Waited 45 minutes. Paid by card including a tip. 51 minutes later, after she tried to give us the wrong order, delivered orders to 5 other cars, I got out and walked up to a carhop. Our order was CANCELLED because they thought we drove OFF! We were parked right in front. How is it that carhops are walking all around us and no one stopped to check on us? After the manager said she cancelled and REFUNDEDthe money to my card, no receipt given to prove this. Money has not shown up on my card as refunded. We do not come by here very much so chances of being refunded are slim. Shame on you Sonic. Got to watch a blond hair young man take a 20 minute smoke break while we thought our food was being prepared. No sense of urgency and lack if caring by the employees....

For starters, I walked in the dining room to order and there was no one there to take orders, so I go back outside to the screen and I was told to go back inside, again nobody there to take my order... After 22 minutes my food finally comes out and the boy who worked there brings all of it out on a tray even though I ordered it to go, he then proceeds to awkwardly hand me all my items one by one (which was two shakes a drink and a meal.) Without a carrier as if I had 12 arms... Then after I asked him 4 times for a carrier he finally got one and then refused to give me my change, expecting some sort of tip... Worst Sonic ever.. still never got my change back either.. and they forgot all the sauces I asked for and got my shake wrong... YOURE...

Absolute worst service I've EVER had. They couldn't hear me at the box so she asked me to pull up the windows so she could my order there and she proceeded to hand write my order and long story short my order was NEVER place not would they talk to me about it. The let me sit there while a like was piling up. Mean while they served all the people in line behind me but still hadn't even take my money yet. I tried waving people down while sitting at the window I tried talking to people but they kept closing the door in my face or getting me the 'hold on' finger. finally a young man open the window trying to give me someone else's order and I was so frustrated that I just drove off and went to Burger King next door.
