Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Melissa

I’m extremely annoyed by my experience here because of the older, blonde cashier who was confusing and then rude to me.

I ordered a turkey Tom with no mayo. That sounds really simple to me?

She said “turkey Tom no tomato”. I said “no I love tomatoes. Turkey Tom no mayo please”. (This seemed like an honest mistake).

Then, she said “okay, you want a ham and cheese Pepe no mayo”. UM WHAT!? I said “no, I’m sorry can we start over? I would like a turkey Tom, no mayo”. She said “turkey Tom, no mayo, add cheese”. I said “uh I guess I’ll add cheese”. I felt like I had to add it cause I was already getting confused, figured I could just take the cheese off to avoid anymore confusion.

Then i said I would add pickles, onion, lettuce & oil & vinegar and she was like “what else is there? You sure you don’t want anything else? It’s all free. Get as much as you want” as if I was asking for too much. I said “no I’m okay with what I ordered.” She said “are you sure you don’t wanna add MORE stuff?”. I said “um im good”. Then she proceeds to name the sandwhich back to me that sounded wrong. I told her she was confusing me and saying everything wrong. Then everyone started looking at me & I didn’t want to look like a Karen so I just said “yeah, whatever that’s fine I’ll take that”, paid and threw my incorrect sandwich away.

I tried my best to be polite but it was very hard in this situation.

I will never come back. I knew I should’ve gone to Jersey mikes...

This store and atmosphere is simply FANTASTIC the joy of Trevor taking my order with his sweet pleasant energy is unmatched! I recently moved to the area and couldn’t find the best sub shop around then I look up and seen JIMMY JOHNS I was more than thrilled !!! Mya made my sandwich and let me tell you that sandwich looked just like the advertisements !!!!

The bathroom was immaculate clean the drinking fountain was super clean nothing sticky or flies flying around like other places I’ve seen.

Tim was very attentive as well when I had a few questions and just a small chit chat!! I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place as I was having a super rough morning

I love that my day and go forth and be blessed thanks to God Trevor Mya and Tim!!!

PEACEFULLY ESMERALDA...

With a new Jimmy John's nearby, we are happy not to have to go back to McKinney. There's nothing wrong with the McKinney store it's just further away. I give this store a two for service because they will deliver to 90% of Willow Wood but will not go the last two or three streets. I understand their delivery zone is small, but to kick out half the neighborhood when you could drive 1 1/2 more minutes to another couple of hundred...
