If I could give 100 stars I would. As a busy mom who works 6 days a week, our Sundays are fundays and reseved for family bonding. Whether you are venturing for an intimate setting at the bar with a spicy game of billiards or family friendly bonding over a game of laser tag or overcoming a major fear of heights with a minor gravity rope course(yes, 13 ft is very minor...my 6 yr old daughter did it!), this place has it all. Though, the entertainment is not what sold me and hubby, it was the food! The most expensive thing on the menu was14.99 and it was a burger(pics included below that will justify pricing) I have four kids and they all ate for 6 bucks each( 3 personal 7 inch pizzas and 2 sliders...my kids are pigs). I had wings..and they were amazing! Wait time for food was 20 min or less, maybe more; who knows?! We were busy warming up with some of the basic games like car racing, air hockey, and this really cool virtual reality simulator. Gaming cards were meh..like for 20 bucks you can get a play card with 100 pts., which is nice but not when all of the games are like 6.0 pts and up. The photo booth was 24.5 pts! Four photo shoots and its time to go refill at one of the conveniently located refill stations. Needless to say, PARENTAL GUIDANCE IS RECOMMENDED. The unlimited wristbands are only worth the 20 bucks they cost if you plan on going when it's not packed or if you plan on staying a while. We got four but we only did everything once because of the lines. All in all it was definitely worth it. As a family of six we spent right at $300 but it wasn't necessary. We could have all shared a large pizza, ditched the wristbands, and shared 3 play cards without the 2 $25 refills and saved about $150. (This was hubby's treat!)

Unbelievable experience for me and my wife. We went Sunday evening 10/26/25, it was not busy at all. Free parking, plenty of security and an off duty Police Officer on site. Paid 23$ a head for unlimited games after 5pm; bowling, billiards, laser tag, and sky course, fantastic deal. We did everything, the pool tables were new with blue felt. We sat at the bar and enjoyed some alcohol and food. Alcohol is pricey but there are plenty of cheap food options. Features tables all over the establishment, a large “U” shaped bar, and a separate enclosed pizza restaurant. Bowling was neon themed gorgeous lanes. The sky course closed early, but the female manager was incredibly receptive to my complaint and had it immediately re opened for me. Me and my wife had the laser tag course to ourselves, super responsive equipment everything was brand new. She admitted 20 times she hasn’t had that much fun in years. Arcade credits are separate from the game pass we bought, and they have a Chuck-E-Cheez like setup with rewards in a small shop for playing arcade games. but the unlimited game pass is only 12.99$ on Monday so we will probably be here every Monday forever. 11/10 experience. Just wonderful, core memory. Will be trying to get all my friends to start coming here.

I would honestly like to say that main event has fallen off tremendously with their food. Me and my family went to main event on Sunday December 4th around 11:20am. For my brothers birthday. When we came wanting to be seated waiting for a host. The head chef came in and stated that there was no sever there at the moment so we had to order our food where they serve pizza. They gave us the menu, after we decided what we wanted we got our buzzers and sat at the booths waiting for our food. I ordered the wings with fries which was 19.50. And my mom ordered a burger with fries, a chicken sandwich with fries, tater tots, chicken strips , Mac & cheese and nachos. We got situated and began to eat, however my wings were cooked too tough, the middle of my moms chicken sandwich was cooked tough in the middle so she couldn’t eat it. The Tater tots were too salty… The mac & cheese, & nachos was warm. I took a bite out of the chicken strips and it tasted like fish. When frying foods, the oil is supposed to be light not dark it makes the meat being cook become dark. I tasted my moms chicken sandwich and it tasted like fish as well. Also the family meal was 70 dollars and we didn’t even make a mark when eating. Do better main event.

The facility is nice but the service was horrible. We arrived mid afternoon and it was busy but not overwhelming. We sat at an empty high top table in the bar area without acknowledgement. We then saw there was an electronic kiosk that you can place orders but not initial bar drinks, specials etc as these must come from the server. So we ordered a soda to get someone to the table who seemed annoyed when we the asked about ordering bar drinks. When we asked about their craft or local beer she said it was whatever was on the menu & we pointed out the menu says to ask your server. She rolled her eyes but went to ask the bartender who confirmed the options. We then confirmed when we wanted food we would need to order from her not the kiosk. We didn't see her again so ordered appetizers from the kiosk. When they were brought out we asked about refills on the soda and they said they would find our waitress. She never showed up. Finally after all drinks and appetizers were empty for a considerable time we ordered another soda for one of the kids from the kiosk to have the waitress return and was finally able to order food and get the soda refilled. When the food came we had no plates, napkins or silverware so asked the person dropping the food & he said he would get them. He didn't return, we saw our waitress walk past and asked her and she told us yes in a moment. As the food was starting to get cold I finally went and asked at the bar. Neither the original person or the waitress returned to drop anything off. As we finished we stopped the waitress to ask how we get the free play cards which she said come from her & asked if we were ready and we said yes. Almost 20 min later we had to ask for them again. We also finally got a soda refill. No dirty dishes were cleared at any point. We then ordered another bar drink from the kiosk (waitress was no where to be seen and kiosk allows reorders) 15 min later no drinks. We flag down the waitress who says she will check. Sometime later she is out wiping down tables and still no drinks. We then grabbed what looked like a manager to ask. We finally get the drink from the waitress 5 min later. The waitress then comes with the bill (we assumed there was a shift change as we had just gotten drinks and didn't ask or were asked about it). We paid and the waitress again rolled her eyes when we adjusted the 20% default tip on the kiosk. We could not get anyone to get us soda refills after that but the waitress was still on the floor serving so not sure why we were asked to close out. We were ordering appetizers, entrees and drinks along with game play combos so it was not as though we were just sitting asking for soda refills and had a substantial bill at the end. The kids have fun but it was fustrating for the adults. It was even more fustrating that a person who appeared to be a manager just stood behind the bar in front of the kitchen area never helping on the floor and watching...

First time I’ve ever been to a Main Event was last night. We went to the Memphis TN location. I’ve heard lots of wonderful things about Main Event so I was really looking forward to this experience! There were a few things that I noticed during my visit: -Lots of very fun things to do with the family! Bowling, Lazer Tag, Games, and more!! +Food and a bar!! A huge variety of different games including air hockey and Skee ball!! -Virtual games! -Very friendly and helpful staff members! -Broken glass on the floor with a wet floor sign over only part of it in arcade area. I happened to notice it while walking around with my 2 year old while pushing my NB in a stroller, 2 year olds are very clumsy and fall easy. A child or anyone for that matter could have EASILY got hurt by the broken glass. -Main Event NEEDS more staffing, more specifically during busy business hours. Employees shouldn’t have to be juggling so many tasks at once and so much running around doing all the different things during busy hours. I witnessed a customer literally yell at a young male employee to come and help her at the “Winners Choice” store when he was trying to assist at the Lazer tag. There was already 2 employees at the “Winners Choice” store, and they were SWAMPED with helping the huge line of people. -Need more bartenders; STOOD in line for over 30 min and still did not get served. -The system went down at the “Winners Choice” store. My children who spent a good minute picking out everything they wanted to get with their points and then waited in the long line to get, just for the system to not be working and then they are unable to get anything with their points. 🙃

My children walked away bummed outat the end of our experience. I just explained to them that they can use them on our next visit. But, I don’t know if we will be returning to this Main Event location though. 😞 Overall I had a wonderful time with my family, and I think my children had a good time too aside from the store system being down. It is a very fun family friendly place, just noticed a few things that were kinda bummers to...

We did a Main Event party yesterday morning. I didn't want to do a party this year because of the stress of it all. I asked my husband to do it with the hope it would help him appreciate the full weight of all there is to do in having to plan a party, etc. Well, it backfired. He didn't get stressed or needed to run around getting things for the party. The only thing he bought was invitations, a cake and the candles. It was too easy and the party was the most fun we have had at a party because we got to enjoy it. I was worried about having a party at Main Event because of what I've heard it's like at night and my experiences at Chucky Cheese type parties. Despite having to make sure the kiddos didn't pick up the little liquor bottles in the parking lot it was a child friendly environment. It was not crowded at all. It was actually less stress having my own daughter's party there than I've had taking my daughter to another kid's party. There were plenty of places to sit and talk with other parents, we had room to relax and not be forced in a small group standing up holding purses, jackets, etc. Having a hostess to be our go to person for questions and help/assist the kids, ask other parents if they needed anything was the best. She handled everything including the food (serving, boxing up pizza) drinks, asking if kids needed refills, time to transition to next activities. If we wanted to buy another pizza our hostess took care of it and we didn't have to miss 15 minutes of the party standing in line to order and get it ourselves. We just paid at the end. Bonus was my daughter just turned 11and she likes her mom and dad being in the background and giving her space. So, from my own experience I can highly recommend Main Event for a birthday party in the morning if your child and group would enjoy their games and...
