Rayfords All-N-1 Hot Wings — Restaurant in Memphis

First let me say this: The cook's ARE on point. Food it's always on point. 2 stars because of customer service. Anybody that ever had an issue with food quality I guarantee it was the night time manager. That manager has to go. I had an order that was misread from door dash after attempting to call to get it corrected at the restaurant the manager told me they would not correct my order. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get it corrected and she refused to correct the whole order. After some back and forth with the manager the cook's stepped in with an excellent display of customer service to defuse the situation. Again the cook's were everything restaurant employees should be but the manager lacks common customer service etiquette. The cooks attempted to remake my order but she refused to let them. Finally the cook had to call The owner who gave them The greenlight to remake my food. Again great customer service from the gentleman. I went to this location last week. Let’s start from the beginning - I called to place my order because I was coming from the other side of town. No answer. Ok. I’m still going- I get to the restaurant and place my order. I waited 2 hours for my order which wasn’t correct. The ladies at the counter told me that they ran out of seasoning. I asked for a refund because after 2 hours of waiting and stalling my order isn’t ready yet. So the young lady at the front told me she had to call somebody on the phone to figure out a refund. In the process of her looking for a phone number the cooks brought the food out. Burnt okra. Wings cooked too fast. My fries and green tomatoes were left off my order (paid). I called the next 2 days - still no answer on the phone. It’s too far to just drive for my food not to be expected. I was highly disappointed with this location. Ive always enjoyed rayfords since they first open in Cordova, when they came to Westwood I ate there almost eveyday especially when the manager was in, but as of lately its not so good.
