Mo's Seafood & Wings LLC — Restaurant in Mendenhall

I drove almost 30 minutes to order food from Moe’s. I’ve ordered food several times from here and really enjoy their offerings. I called this to order crawfish fries when I was close to the location. The young lady who answered the phone was barely audible or either speaking very low. I told her that I wanted to order crawfish fries and I asked her did they still use their sweet sauce on their fries. She said yes, what about it? I asked her if they could use light sauce on my fries. She asked was that all and I told her yes. She asked for a name for the order and I told her Sam. She repeated back and said Pam? I said sure, I know Pam and Sam sounds similar across the phone and I would just have given them that name when I arrived. She hung the phone up in my face. I was stunned and unsure what happened. I waited a few minutes and then called back. I said hi, I was just ordering crawfish fries from you guys and I think we were disconnected? She paused and said anything else? I asked her to cancel my order and wished her a good day. She called back and said she couldn’t hear me and she was checking the board to see if the sweet sauce still came on the fries and what else I wanted on my order. I told her I asked you to completely cancel my order because she was being rude earlier. She said no ma’am, I was not being rude. I told her she was- first she hung up in my face and when I called back, she was very dismissive. I understand we all have issues that knock us off our game at times but this was unacceptable. I also told her I work hard for my money and I love to patronize them but they are not the only place where I can get seafood. I love to see small businesses be profitable in such a competitive market but it doesn’t happen with attitudes such as those. Another bust- I’ll make sure to pass the word along to...

Mmm mmm mmmmmmm!!!! First time here and yessssssss baby!! Food was definitely on point. My husband and I are truck drivers, going btwn Cali to Florida. We tried to find some good ole tasty authentic type of food as we pass thru. Now i don't know what Mississippi is known for per se, but they should be known for Mo's seafood and wings. Lol I have bn known to blow up a thing or 2 but I seriously do believe this food was something to write about. We ordered the surf and turf fries, which baby! , you ain't never have loaded fries till u had these. I mean slamming! It had the perfect blend of sautéed onions, peppers, shrimp, cheese and I'm not sure what else, if anything, but great. Then we had the shrimp dinner plate which was also very slamming. That included the corn, potatoes, and sausage, but be careful cuz if ur sharing, make sure it's known that u want a piece of the sausage coz it only comes with 1. My husband got to ours b4 i can even think about it SMH. And the wings are very tasty, not shy at all with the sauce. We had the mango habanera and the sweet heat. I love wings and not everyone can hit the spot I need them to hit but Mo's got it gong on. I would definitely come back if we pass thru this route again. Only bad thing is that the restroom wasn't up to par. I would say they just need to check in on those a lot more often to keep it clean and smelling fresh. But I'm very thankful I didn't let that change my mind about eating here....

My family and I recently visited Mendenhall. I finally got a chance to check out Mo’s Seafood & Wings. Honestly we were headed to Magee at first, to have a look at the city’s growth since last visit. Mainly going to get my fam something to eat…but…Mo’s Seafood & Wings happened. We are so glad that we passed the place up at first but made the first available u-turn back. I must be honest and say:

THE FOOD was absolutely fresh and delicious. was very well seasoned and HOT. was very impressive and pleasing to consume.

THE FACILITY was easy to spot from the freeway. was indeed a welcoming atmosphere. was clean and crisp during our visit.

THE STAFF was very welcoming upon entry. was very informative of the menu. was very professional and patient.

OVERALL this place is the spot!! Also, if I can recall, I accidentally bit down on my lip two times in a row. My wife is a bit picky about her food and the place in which it comes from; Mo’s win again. Everything was beyond great.
