This is an amazing little bakery. We stumbled upon it in our exploration of this small town. We were quite excited as there are few real bakeries in our part of the country. We grabbed a box to go and tried several items. The Persians were incredible! Comparable with any Polish bakery in Minneapolis or Milwaukee. The same can be said about the peanut cake. The eclairs are very traditional by which I mean that they are not overly sweet as most places make them nowadays. This is just like the eclair I tried in Paris many years ago. He acted like he was the friendliest guy in town to customers, but he was like a Jekyll & Hyde. Behind the scenes he was a different person with a volatile personality and terrible temper. He was also tighter than bark on a tree.
