Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Meridian

My first time getting a drink at Black Rock and THE LAST. I will NEVER go back. Two drinks were ordered, one was really messed up; The Large Hot Butterscotch Breve WITH an extra shot, extra sweet, no whip, no foam. The Large Butterscotch Breve drink came out and the foam was so thick I stuck my finger in it up to the knuckle. So it was taken back inside to get remade and the employees were NOT FRIENDLY. Just because you are busy and didn't pay attention to the mobile order and make it correctly, doesn't mean you take it out on the customers. The "fixed" drink is NASTY, literally undrinkable, it tasted so burnt. It was NOT extra sweet (that I paid .80 cents extra to have), there was no caramel drizzle as advertised and it was 3/4 full. This place is gross, the workers are rude, the coffee tastes burnt and the drinks aren't full. I would recommend going to another coffee shop, don't waste your time...

Just a customer recommendation. Had a strange experience, have previously ordered a kiddy cup with whip cream. My daughter loves getting her “coffee” (whip cream), anyway coffee store employee said they could not do that, they could give me a lid with whip cream and that manager had instructed they could not give me a kiddy cup with whip cream. I requested if I could purchase a cup, or pay for the whip cream, and they could not. Mind you a toddler with a lid and whip cream would not be ideal in a car. We also always never want our whip cream in our coffee. I am not asking for this for free, just recommending that you should offer some options like this for customers. Human Bean, Flying M, Alchemist, Dutch Bros and Starbucks coffee...

I was not happy with the cost of a small cold brew, which was $5.78. It excessive for just a simple coffee. Also, they had about 10 people working there, but everyone kept saying they would be with me in a second. I understand they are busy, but I was waiting there for quite a while before anyone finally came up to take my simple order of a small cold brew. Also, the girl who took my order seemed to be annoyed that I was interfering with something else more important than she was doing. The place was clean, but that’s about it. I will not be a customer at Blackrock anymore due to the overpriced coffee, as well as the lack of customer service. There are plenty of other coffee...
