Good morning. I just wanted to leave a review for the your PJ’s location in Meridian Mississippi. This morning Like almost every morning I ordered coffee from this location. The only difference this morning is that I use your app to order for the first time before I went and picked up my coffee. Normally I have excellent customer service and I really do like the coffee at this location. But this morning I follow directions of the app which instructed me to go straight to the window when I got to this location to pick up my coffee. The app kept saying that it’s processing but it never told me that my order was ready, but after waiting for 40 minutes I decided to go ahead and try to pick up my coffee thinking that the app may have glitched. When I drove to PJs I went directly to the window just like the app had instructed and the person working the window today, who I now realize is the manager of the location, rudely told me that I need to stop at the ordering speaker before I come through, to order to let them know even though I ordered on the app. I told them that I would from here out, but when they handed me my coffee the only reason I just wanted to let them know why I came to the window was because the app instructed me to do so. The person working the front window, who is also the manager at this location, was very rude to me and snapped back me again and told me the next time I need to stop at the speaker before coming to get my coffee at this location even though the app tells me otherwise. I just want to let you know that the manager at this location is really rude and it is uncalled for them to act that way to me, because I was being nothing but nice to them. Read moreWent through the drive thru and got a white mocha a few years ago. When I got to the window to pay, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. First time I have ever been asked to leave a tip going through a drive through. The white mocha was horrible. That was the last time I ever went there. I go other places or make my own currently. I will literally never go back there even if they are giving it away for free. It was a few years ago but I am the type of person where if I am spending my money on your business and it is horrible, then I will never step in your door again and that business can go bankrupt for all I care. Some people will go to a place over and over again expecting a different result. Or they are satisfied with good service only 50% of the time. I am a one and done person especially when it comes to food and coffee. I got food poisoning from Subway back in 2000 in Colorado. Read moreThe first couple times I went here I was obsessed but these last 2 visits have not been the best, especially the one today. I ordered a turkey sausage and egg white English muffin and took it back to work to eat. I opened it and there was no egg. I shrugged it off because I was STARVING and the muffin was so tough I could barely rip it with my teeth. I called the store and asked if I came back tomorrow (because I obviously cannot leave work again) if they would issue me a refund or knock a couple dollars off my next order and the manager told me if I wait until tomorrow there is nothing she can do. Which is just the stupidest thing I've ever heard because there absolutely IS something you can do.
