I just wanted to let people know how amazing the night staff is at this location. We were in the middle of a very long 18 hours drive,in a penske truck hauling a tow dolly when our car shifted, and was almost lost when it came partially off the tow dolly. THANK GOD for Pilot and Subway! We were able to safely pull in to this location and proceeded to sit for roughly 5 hours waiting on roadside assistance to come deal with our emergency. A lovely woman ( Jordan) from subway stayed with me, reassured me and simply made our night so much better than it was! She took the time to make sure we were alright, let us know we could come inside and wait, that Subway was open for business if we wanted to grab a bite while we waited. She came by and checked on us and when I was finally lured inside made me feel like I was a guest in her home and not simply a customer. She was able to make a terrible situation so much better! She was just so helpful, from checking on us, from offering encouraging words to suggestions for hotels in the area, to wishing us a safe journey once we got settled. I’m writing to report a concerning experience at your Subway located at 1555 Tommy Webb Dr, Meridian, MS 39307 on [insert date, e.g., October 20, 2025].
An employee named Tee displayed unprofessional and unsanitary behavior during my visit. She was wearing a dirty T-shirt, acted rude toward customers, and even stepped outside to smoke while people were waiting in line. Most concerning, she did not wash her hands before handling my cookies, which raised serious food-safety concerns.
However, I also want to mention that another female employee at the same location was very polite and professional. She treated customers with respect and showed great attitude — I appreciate her service.
I hope management at this store recognizes that good employee while also addressing the hygiene and behavior issues with the other. Please ensure food-handling and customer service standards are reinforced at this location.

First, when I unwrapped mine oil was dripping from soggy bread edges. My wife had told the girl light oil but apparently she has no clue what that means. Secondly, the bread was not just day old but was stale. I bit into mine and it just crumbled apart. My wife's was the same way. We both ended up dumping the bread and all the other oil soaked toppings and just ate the meat and cheese. Last time I tried a Subway it wasn't much better. I said I would give them one more try.
